One of the best most proactive estate agents in ealing. If your planing on renting or selling your property I highly recommend using them. The other agents in the area just take photos and post it on Right Move. RSK was the only one actively looking for clients to rent the property. Reeta was outstanding and very helpful. We are very happy with them and will continue to work with them in the future.

The service could have been better and done more professionally. It took a lot of time to get the paper sorted by the agency. It was a back and forth situation for at least two weeks asking for the same documents over and over. After 2/3 weeks of administrative nigthmare, we finally got the keys but the problems did not stop there. The flat was absolutely dirty and it took them a week after we moved in to get the flat cleaned professionally (after harassing them to have it cleaned up). We paid a deposit but never had a check in inventory and never saw the check out inventory so it is not possible to know what was already broken and what belongs to the landlord. There was no information given about the flat such as the boiler and heaters, alarms, entrance code, bin schedule, etc. I would recommend them to be closer to the tenants rights.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Lots of friends have previously recommended RSK for properties around Ealing and my own experience with them has indeed lived up to this reputation. I have spent a lot of time going on viewings with several agencies and it was frustrating that most didn't even match what I was looking for despite repeatedly explaining it, but Han Orkoz from RSK had it spot on and was able to find me exactly the flat that I wanted within my budget. He was very helpful throughout the whole process, patiently answering all my questions. Thanks to Han, I had a very positive experience with RSK and will definitely be recommending them to other friends.

I was quite surprised with the 5 star level service, we received. Little did we realise we would find a great place to stay. As some of the other places we went to were not as great in regards to the experience. We met Han for a viewing one evening, and he was really helpful, understanding and patient & of course a warm person. He followed things through, and was available to answer even some of our ridiculous questions. I would highly recommend the service and especially Han. We spoke to other support staff at the office over the phone and they were really helpful as well. They take their time to understand your needs and give you the realistic idea to work towards choosing a suitable place based on your budget, and we really appreciated this aspect. The process was really smooth, and they even negotiated our requests with the Landlord. The overall experience was really amazing from contacting, to meeting with Han and viewing the place to the finalization of the tenancy deal, and following up. I can't fault the work of Kealey at RSK throughout the process of buying our house in Ealing. The seller was based overseas during Covid times which introduced a lot more complexity and necessitated a lot of acting as the "middle man". Out of all the companies i've been dealing with, RSK has been the most professional, particularly Duncan. He has been extremely helpful with every property he has shown.
