We have been working with RSK Ealing and particularly with Usman Wahid since we moved back from Canada in September 2023. Usman was very attentive to what we needed as a family and kept everything within the budget parameters we set. We had regular phone calls with regards to the property we needed and specifically the location. Usman listened and delivered. Soon we will be renting in the exact location we wanted, the right size apartment and most importantly at the lower end of our budget. I strongly recommend RSK Ealing and the whole team there, as there is great communication between colleagues and we were never bothered with anything not related to what we were looking for.

While I don't ever leave reviews for letting agencies, here goes - While we have been in contact with RS&K for a while, no other agent has been as accomodating as Usmaan, he has been exceptional and willing to go that extra mile and out of his way to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, he is the only agent at the moment who really seems to be making an effort to help us find a place we really like. Gina is a one of the best agents out there. She went above-and-beyond for my wife and I in seeking just-the-right flat to let. She cared deeply about finding a situation that worked with our immigration status and flat wants. She spent a sizeable amount of time showing us various flats that suited us and fought hard for the one we wanted most (we were accepted!). Gina is incredibly reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented. RSK managed to assist me with finding an apartment in Ealing during what seems to be one of the craziest times on the estate market (September 2022). They have taken into consideration my feedback on previous home finding options, understood my priorities and suggested further properties accounting for that. Special thanks to Duncan for the dedication and swift reaction time to any queries I had, which helped me a lot through all the steps of the process: from putting down an offer to the landlord on a weekend to preparing and signing the Tenancy agreement with all the necessary conditions in just several days time.

Overall experience: RSK didn't have a handle on my sale, misled both the buyer and I by saying that the sale was going to fall through on numerous occasions, provided wrong advice on issues such as increased stamp duty and generally didn't manage the sale well at all. I took matters into my own hands and contacted the buyer directly who was extremely amiable and we got the sale over the line without RSK's support. I tried to ask for a reduction in the commission as the sale would have fallen through due to their terrible management of the sale and was initially offered nothing and then offered a gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill. At this point, I wanted to end my communication with RSK as I had such a terrible experience. I have brought and sold a few properties and even brought with RSK in 2013, but I won't be going back to them after this experience. If you're selling a leasehold property, don't sell through RSK.

There are many letting agents to choose from in Ealing, RSK is the only one I would use and recommend without reservation. Michael & Shaniyah were professional, helpful, always approachable and quick to answer any questions. I say this after having an awful stressful experience with a large London wide (over 30 branches) Ealing agent who is too big to care once you’ve signed contracts. My advice is always go to a local independent agent like RSK.
