My search to find a property to rent in Ealing has been a long and challenging one, especially when multiple agencies and estate agents are involved. Out of all the companies i've been dealing with, RSK has been the most professional, particularly Duncan. He has been extremely helpful with every property he has shown. Unprofessional and dishonest experience with Cameron Williams

UPDATE: I spoke with the branch director regarding my concerns, and they stated that there is nothing illegal or unethical about asking for £25,000 more than the asking price without indicating "offers over" or "in excess of" on the website. While this may be their view, I find this approach misleading and unhelpful for serious buyers like myself.I had a deeply disappointing experience with the Acton branch of while attempting to purchase a property in the area. Despite offering above the asking price for a property that had been on the market for months and even reduced in price, my offer was rejected. The explanation provided was baffling, it was allegedly due to the profit potential from a future extension of the property.The agent also claimed the seller was looking for £25,000 over the asking price, citing his assumption that I was a developer, which I clearly am not. When I questioned the purpose of the advertised asking price, he replied, “to generate interest.” I find this strategy highly questionable and would appreciate a director’s explanation regarding the ethics of such an approach.Overall, the process felt unprofessional and dishonest, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned as a serious potential buyer.Let me know if you’d like any further adjustments!

Han was extremely reliable and didnt waste our time with lots of different viewings. After the first one we told him what we were looking for by the second viewing we had given an offer. Exeptional service!!! Just wanted to say a massive thanks to all RSK team especially Michael the manager, whithout him our property whould still be on the market after we wasted time with a diffrent estate agent.He totally understand the pressure we were under given my wife was 6months pregnant and sale of a property is a troublesome experience. It was a great experience viewing rental properties with Ahmed. He paid a lot of attention to my needs and preferences, as well as my budget, and answered all the questions I had. Communication was very timely, but he also respected the times I stated I was busy at work and could not talk/reply. Definitely quite different from some other quite pushy agents. Ahmed came across as very genuine and trying his best to help.
