Terrible experience, they showed us a place and we gave offer of the asking price, then tried to trick us on raising the price by saying someone else has also placed and offer. As we refused they said the landlord did not accept our offer but see the same place ad online again in even lower price that we offered.

GoogleWe have had a good experience with RSK. Sona and Molly have been extremely responsive to all the queries we'd while finalising the renting contract of our current house. They have helped us through some issues that cropped up in the recent past while living in the rented place. They are approachable and friendly. Thanks!

GoogleAbout Mr. Bailey Mansell, he was quite fast to prepare the renewal contract. And he provided the contract including my request precisely, which is to include the business break with 3 months prior notice. In the past it took some time to include it.

GoogleOverall a disappointing experience, a nice selection of properties but service lacked professionalism, including forgetting key details about properties, constant hassle, a lack of transparency throughout the process and rudeness.

Googlewe have recently been viewing flats around our local area. we have a set budget which was our absolute MAXIMUM. Despite knowing this we were shown and sent multiple flats way out of our budget insisting us to increase our budget. waisting both our time and their staffs. we felt very ignored. would not recommend to anyone.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
