My availability for viewing properties is very very limited and usually falls under odd hours and weekends. She is so accommodating and thoughtful when arranging our viewing trips. GoogleRSK were an absolute dream to buy our flat through, having dealt with a fair few other agents we were very grateful and surprised by how well we were looked after throughout the process having heard horror stories of other agents. Specifically, we would like to express our gratitude to Bianca who showed us the flat and answered all queries throughout and went out her way to ensure we were comforted as nervous first time buyers, and Sara who handled the purchase and chased both solicitors throughout the purchase to speed things up. We would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. And will definitely use them ourselves with confidence in the future if we are ever considering selling. They acted with integrity throughout and in the sellers best interest without compromising their care for us, which is something other agents struggle with. If you are considering selling I would put RSK at the top of your list of agents to call first.

GoogleReally happy with the service! RSK found just the type of property myself and my friends were looking to rent. We didn't have to worry about setting up anything- council tax, water, gas and electric were all set up for us. Our property manager Kim has always been there to help us with any questions or problems. Anything that needed checking out, Kim had organised asap and it would be done without any hassle. We are very satisfied with the level of professionalism and consistent top notch service! We will be renewing again with RSK.

GoogleWe had kim mellor manage our property and from start to finish of the hole three years had met ours and the properties needs with highly professional input. Very productive, with immediate updates of anything that needed doing around the home, we felt at ease under kims wing and i think i speak on behalf of our landlord who also was very nice. GoogleReally great experience as a seller with the RSK Ealing branch. I received a realistic (not over inflated) valuation. We had over 24 viewings of our property in the space of 7 days which led to competing offers at asking price and beyond. The viewings were coordinated around our schedule to minimise inconvenience. During the selling process they assured close liaison between us and our buyers to ensure proposed deadlines were met where possible. They were professional, efficient and very helpful in assisting with negotiations and issues arising further down the line in the sale process. I found their professionalism, communication skills and attention to continuity really put me at ease and made the process as stress free as possible. We thought about using an online agent but I don’t think we would have had the smooth process or got the deal we did, had we done so.

On every communication - mail and phone, he took the time to understand what we need, explain some bits in the contract that we may have misunderstood, and once we are in the wonderful flat that he has presented onto us, he is still being careful on passing a message onto his internal team.
