GoogleWe've rented through RSK since 2018 and he service has always been exemplary. We recently started looking for a new property to rent and due to our very specific criteria we were worried this would be a difficult process but RSK more than delivered. Everyday they sent us email updates with potential properties, called us every few days to check how our property search was going, as well as being really accommodating with viewing times and even taking us to properties that weren't on their website yet. Huge thankyou to all the RSK staff who have helped us in a thoroughly professional manner throughout this process, especially to Reeta for working so swiftly to sort out new contracts; very glad to be staying with RSK for the foreseeable future!

GoogleThe RSK team are very professional to work with. Sona and Han have been my main points of contact at the office. I was in contact with Sona first. She was extremely delightful in helping us find the right property. She was also very good with following up with me to see if we had liked any of the properties she had sent over through email. She showed my husband around the property we have just rented. From then on, we have been dealing with Han, and he has been exceptionally helpful. He patiently walked us through the paper work and let us know exactly how much time everything needed to complete, as well as took care of any issues we were facing to help facilitate the move. He was also in touch with me throughout the day we were meant to move into the flat (as we were moving from another city) to make sure we safely got the keys. Thanks to RSK Ealing we were able to do that pretty smoothly overcoming tons of nuances, most of them because we were new to UK housing rules and laws. GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Han and Molly when we were looking to rent a property in the Ealing area. We were shown a house we liked on the first viewing and we were able to get the ball rolling quickly. This was by far the easiest house move I have ever done, and I've moved 4 times in the West London area since 2012. Setting up gas, electricity, internet and water accounts was smooth and straightforward, through using an online service (I set everything up in around an hour, including browsing for deals). GoogleReeta assisted us in our property search. It helped us in understanding the London rental market and types of properties as we just moved here and house hunting was overwhelming. She asked right questions that helped us figure out the deal breaking factors, preferences, etc, that saved us time. She kept in touch and regularly shared videos and requested feedback on properties and accordingly assisted us to get to the right choice. Though we agreed on a property not marketed by Robertson &Smith, Reeta's assistance surely was helpful. Hope to work with her again for future rental requirements.
