A staff member named Reeta took care of us. He was very thorough in introducing me to properties, and was very friendly and helpful. I haven't rented the property introduced here, so I don't know what happens after the contract is signed. I often hear that after the rental contract is signed, it becomes impossible to contact them or that they are not responsive, but there are not many cases like in Japan where real estate companies even manage the property, so the situation may be a little different. I don't know.

Have been really impressed with the level of service I’ve received at this branch. When my partner and I were looking for a new flat to move into we messaged RSK via a property we saw on rightmove; within a week we had had conversations with Duncan who asked us what our preferences in a property were and had a viewing arranged within 5 days of the first contact. We were subsequently accepted on an offer and all reference checks and contracts were issued and signed within days with Duncan being available to assist every step of the way. We found our house through R&S this month and while the service to help us to find a house and sign the contract was good, the maintenance is really poor and frustrating. We were told that the walls would be repainted and the carpet would be changed before we moved in but the day we arrived nothing was done, we had to follow up the agency thousands of times to get it done, the promised us they would do it while we were away this week and to our discomfort we arrived from the trip to find that the job was not done again, we have been living in boxes for two weeks now and no one seem to care. Our issue hasn't been solved yet and God know when this is gonna happen

This was the third time for us looking for a flat in Ealing within 3 years. Generally speaking, I find working with letting agents difficult. They work on commission and hence the price is often the highest priority when dealing with them and positioning your profile. This time, I had an entirely different experience - Duncan genuinely appeared to have our best interest in mind and worked on presenting us tailored and in-time options. Treating tenants in the context of their situation, which is finding a new home, is a rare quality in this industry and being met with it made the whole search much more pleasant. Should I ever have to move again within the area, he is the first one I’d call.

I was mainly in contact with Reeta, who ensured to give me daily updates and to check up on how our situation/house hunt was going. Which of course was amazing as I'm sure you've experienced, house hunting can be stressful. Would not recommend. Terrible experience so far. The reference checks were not ready by the move-in date and they wouldn't give us the keys, even though we already payed the full deposit + 1st month rent and signed the contracts. They kept us waiting literally from 10AM untill 15 min before they closed their office (18:45), while we had our luggage in front of the house. The house was left in a bad condition, they did not throw out any of the materials left from the workers and generally it didn't look like it was professionally cleaned at all (like we agreed). They probably have an answer for everything listed above, but honestly, this has been by far the worst experience I've had while moving houses. I'm writing this review because you sent me an email asking me to do it, so here you go.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
