GoogleMy extreme disappointment and frustration with the condition of the flat we recently moved into. It is literally shocking. The flat is full of mold, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower is full of rust. Considering the agency fees you collect, it is your responsibility to ensure that the flat is properly cleaned before move-in. The state of the flat is unacceptable and far below expected standards. Additionally, the lady at your reception desk (Gina)lacks basic customer service skills. She displayed unwarranted confidence without providing any real assistance.

GoogleAmazing Service from Start to Finish! Honestly I could not rate the sales team at RSK higher - in particular Sara, Kealey & Edwin. I had such a great experience with the sales team. I trusted them, communication from start to finish was regular and great! Overall a fantastic service, friendly approach, proactive and informed responses at all times. Great service from Michael and Bradley, both of whom went over and above to ensure that all parties were fully informed at every stage of the process. TrustpilotIncompetent people
We rented a flat in Acton with these individuals for two years, and they are incredibly incompetent. When we first moved in, they informed our landlord that the money he had paid for a cleaner had been used, when in fact it hadn't. The flat was extremely dirty, and the floor was sticky upon our arrival. We had to spend several days cleaning the entire flat ourselves while the living room was also being painted. Now that we've moved out, our landlord confirmed that an email was sent to RSK a couple of days after our move-out date, confirming that we could indeed be refunded our deposit. However, five days later, we're still waiting for this to be processed. The man in charge of processing these requests has repeatedly claimed that the transfer had been processed when it had not. We had to call the office multiple times, only to be told that no, he had not processed the transfer. Absolutely ridiculous.
