GoogleI have had many dealings with various estate agents and I can honestly say this has been my best experience. RHW combined guardianship of my best interests with market realism. Most important of all, they went the extra mile on matters that were not in their immediate remit. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe've had a great experience letting our flat with RHW estates. Scott was very helpful throughout, showing us the flat on short notice and being very clear and supportive during the negotiations and when signing the contracts. Laura has also been great, being very responsive to any queries and quick to respond when we needed assistance. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as agents.

GoogleExcellent estate agency. Scott arranged a complicated tenanany change with tenants moving out & new furniture arriving before new tenants checking in later that afternoon. It went really well thanks to Scott 's organising and planning. Thank you so much for keeping an eye on the day even though it was your day off. Totally professional & always will to help. GoogleMany thanks to agent Scott, who was extremely friendly and helped us rent a property in the Finchley Road area. The apartment by itself is excellent, and the price is fair. Additionally, Scott patiently answered all our questions. Even we had a lot of them because it was our first rental experience in London. I can recommend this agency and Scott as the agent, particularly!

GoogleRHW Estates has provided me with an outstanding property renting experience - which can truly be unsatisfying in London - and helped me find the right flat in very short amount of time. GoogleAfter being encountered with Scott from RHW Estates - from arranging the first viewing to taking care of the move-in requests and addressing maintenance issues - I can say with all my heart this agency is truly outstanding. Among so many others in London - they truly care about the work they do. The professional, but also personable approach and easy way of communicating during the whole process is simply making it all easier. They even managed to replace an old washing machine (for a model with a dryer) prior to the move-in date. Even in these times with the demand for rental properties being so high - they manage to be people-oriented first. Thank you. And keep it up!

GoogleGreat experience through the whole moving in process, Scott has been extremely helpful and organised in keeping myself and my flat mate up to date with all the necessary information. He is easy to contact and flexible, so I was able to sign my lease papers outside office hours which was really helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

GoogleFantastic agency, very proactive in marketing an apartment when my original choice was taken. Scott was very informative and able to answer all manner of questions given I was new to renting in the UK after a decade long absence. After reading about issues with other agencies it was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!
