GoogleOnly putting one star because you can't put zero. I don't think I've had a worse experience with a letting agency in my years of renting. From withholding information about the plumbing system not being functional until after the lease was signed, to then taking over 3 months to fix the non-functioning toilet, they clearly did not take us seriously as tenants and this was obviously reflected in their response time.
Considering the lack of properties that they currently have tied to their agency, one would think that they might prioritise the few tenants they have actually managed to sign on.
No clue who this Scott is that every AI-generated review left on here in the last 3 months mentions, but I can tell you for a fact that Justine, Will, and Spencer all lacked any semblance of professionalism or duty of care to their tenants.
Could not recommend this agency less. Don't waste your time, no matter how nice the place is it's almost guaranteed that they won't be telling you the whole truth.

GoogleOk... Until, past the legal notice period, and after we already confirmed that we were happy to renew for another year ((before the beginning of the notice period), the agency mentioned to us that the landlord was asking for a 20% raise on the rent. When we said that it was potentially a bit much (and also late to ask for it), their answer was that they needed to put the need of their client (the landlord) first. We then learned that the landlord was also a (or the?) director in the agency... Then while we were thinking about it, some other visits were organised, without us knowing. Which meant that, when we were ready to give an answer, they told us that it didn't matter as the flat was already rented to someone else at the end of our contract and we would need to vacate... All of this past the notice period, so we had very little time to find another place (with our 6 month old baby!). Agency was nice until this whole situation, when they stopped communicating and gave us the cold treatment. Not a terrible experience (to be expected unfortunately in these times, money is the rule), but quite dodgy... They clearly counted on us not knowing our rights and not making waves. Do not recommend.

We are so sorry you believe you have had a bad experience with us. However, we find it surprising that you made this review almost a year after the end of your tenancy.
Looking at your file we can see that the standard notice was served in the correct manner and well within the prescribed time frames. We note that we invited you to renew and discussed an increase in the rent as you were paying a significantly reduced “pandemic set” rental. We asked for the rent to be increased to pre-pandemic levels that we had previously achieved. However, you weren’t happy to increase to those levels. Accordingly, we commence marketing, at no point did we show the property to anyone without your explicit consent (we would never do this) and in fact, we achieved an offer from a party without them physically viewing. We secured a significantly increased rent, 10% beyond the pre-pandemic rent and 20% higher than you were willing to pay. This was all done within the notice period which is quite standard and you very much had sufficient time to find another property.

Normally when dealing with moving flat and estate agents you need to be on your guard for unscrupulous sales tactics and a general lack of professionalism - believe me as that was my last experience moving into a new place in London.
I cannot recommend Scott and the team at RHW more highly. When you work with them you are dealing with honest and professional estate agents who not only have a genuine interest in helping you find a new place to live but also making sure there is a right fit between landlord and tenant.
