RHW Estates London reviews

I was anxious about renting a flat in London as this was my first time. I had already met a couple of real estate agents for other properties and did not have the best experience with them. But when I contacted RHW estates Scott was extremely helpful and communicative. The entire process went very smoothly. It's just pleasant to know that such a decent and helpful real estate agency exists. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is in similar position as I was.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

W are very happy with RHW Estates services. From the beginning they have been very professional and very attentive to us, during the search and also now that we are living in the apartment. Especially Scott has been very helpful with every little detail, giving us solutions very quickly and always very attentive. If in some point I'm looking for a new home, I will definitely do it with RHW Estates and hopefully with Scott.

I returned to RHW for finding me a flat to rent on very short notice. As before, Scott at RHW was most responsive and efficient, making sure that all stages of the process went smoothly as humanely possible. Lots of thanks to Scott and team!

I had recently needed to move quickly from a flat with a rodent issue and poor quality response and responsibility from the previous agency. when I found my current flat on Zoopla Scott Schnieder was our agent and did an amazing job of making sure the whole process went smoothly and we were able to move at the time that best suited my partner and i. I would without a doubt recommend Scott to anyone as well as the agency itself! its hard to find a reliable agent and agency such as this one and thank Scott for all the hard work and professionalism throughout the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

RHW is the most professional, efficient agency I've come across in London. Scott is fantastic - very responsive and knowledgeable around negotiating the contract and setting up the move. He was fully on top of pushing the process forward, connecting to landlord and previous tenants, even arranged for us to move in on a Sunday and in a safe manner the middle of lockdown!! There were some wear and tear repairs to be made to the flat, and the property managment team at RHW took over very quickly and unleashed a team of professionals immediately - electrician, handy man, etc. Gives me a lot of peace of mind as a tenant to have these guys as my agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I called RHW Estates in the morning to view a property I was interested in and Scott quickly arranged a viewing for the afternoon. He did introduce me to a very nice landlady and followed up on the repairs / paints before my move-in. He even talked to the previous tenant for me when I had some questions / requests and followed up on those as well. There were parts of the contract I wanted to modify, so we also went through the contract several times and they always responded positively. I would recommend them %100. Last but not least, unlike most properties I looked at in London, the property was EXACTLY as advertised which was very refreshing! Overall, they are very fast, responsive, attentive and honest.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Scott is the most amazing letting agent I've ever dealt with! He is so knowledgable about the property and has a close relationship with our landlady. He is very patient and efficient when dealing with our requests and has made the process of moving smooth and easy for us! He is such a clear communicator and is fully transparent and honest - unlike most other letting agents we've encountered who were impatient and pushy. We feel so lucky and thankful to have come across RHW estates and we are loving our wonderful new flat!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely satisfied with the Service Received from RHW. Scott Shindler is a very good competent agent. The landlady of a property I was renting changed her mind last minute after everything was agreed and signed, leaving me with no much time to find another place. Scott managed to get me another place very quickly. The property was unfurnished and he talked to the landlord to get me a few pieces of furniture and even successfully negotiated the rental price on my behalf as it was above my budget. I highly recommend Scott.

We worked with Scott Shindler to finalize a rental property in Central London and it was a great experience. We recently moved to London and this was our first house hunt experience and Scott helped us finalize the right place. He was responsive throughout the process, coordinated well with the landlord and us and processed all the documentation very well. I would highly recommend working with Scott, a professional and very helpful. Thank You Scott !!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

We had an excellent recent experience with RHW Estates. Scott Schindler helped my partner and I find a wonderful flat to rent based on our preferences and location. Scott knew exactly what we were looking for and found us a perfect place whilst being an excellent communicator through the whole process. We would definitely work with RHW again whether that be for renting or buying.

Best renting experience I've had in my 4 years as a tenant in London. Scott is by far the most genuine and professional letting agent I have encountered. He is extremely helpful and responsive, replying promptly to any enquiries we've had, and really takes the extra step to negotiate with the landlord to ensure that our needs are met. I highly recommend RHW Estates for anyone looking to rent in the Hampstead and Swiss Cottage area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you are looking for an agency that is serious and dedicated to its tenants, then you have found it! Scott is uniquely kind and professional. We came from France and didn't really know how to rent here. Scott explained everything to us and walked us through every step of the rental process. Thank you so much for everything!

After having dealt with numerous letting agencies in London, RHW unequivocally stands out as the best - be it in customer service, professionalism, communication, willingness to help, finding properties that match your requirements, etc. Specifically, Scott Shindler has been extremely helpful in anyway a lettings agent can be. Would most definitely recommend his/ RHWs services and will definitely be reaching out to them in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Looking for a place in London can be overwhelming. That is until you meet Scott from RHW who made this process easy and smooth. He kept us in the loop at all times with full transparency. Even after we moved in he kept in contact to make sure we settled into our new home. Shout out goes to Laura as well who arranged for a handyman within a week to help look at a few issues too. Cannot recommend Scott, Laura and the RHW team enough.

Scott Shindler and the RHW team are the reason we were able to quickly find a home to rent in London! Having moved from Australia, we'd had a bit of trouble finding a property with less efficient agents in London. In contrast, Scott was extremely honest, efficient and helpful. He was prompt to organise house viewings, negotiate with the landlord, answer all our enquiries and help us organise the necessary paperwork quickly. We are really grateful to Scott and the RHW team for getting us a house!

If you are looking for a respectful, understanding and helpful agent look no longer. My partner and I left our previous flat having had the worst experience with our estate agents and having found Scott was such a relief. He has been extremely accommodating, genuine, humane and professional! Both Scott and RHW in general are definitely an exception among estate agencies in London. They are always there and all of our exchanges with them -both before getting into our new flat and afterwards- have shown how fair their approach is and how willing they are to help. We highly recommend them and if we ever need to rent another place again, we will definitely ask Scott and RHW for help!

Scott was really great from start to finish. Very professional and informative throughout the whole process, from securing the flat to moving in. Scott and agency clearly have a very good relationship with the landlord and the other tenants in the building, I/we definitely recommend working with RHW Estates.
