GoogleScott was managing our acquiring of our flat. He was incredibly communicative, addressing our queries swiftly, and making what is always a stressful situation slightly less so. Any requests we had, he was able to find an answer and supported us in getting information about the rental prior to our moving in to make sure we could hit the ground running. Really appreciate his work and his friendly nature made it easy to interact. Just overall a great service!

GoogleAn absolutely incredible estate agency. The most responsive and understanding I have found in my 5 years in the UK. Scott was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire securing process of the property, even assisting while on holiday! Would highly recommend them if you're looking to find your next home.

GoogleMy flatmates and I had a truly awful and stressful experience with rhw estates. They were consistently unresponsive, dismissive and were poor at handling serious maintenance issues. We were left without heating for approximately three months during winter. Although contractors were sent on multiple occasions, the issue was never properly resolved during this time. We were not offered any compensation and it was even difficult to obtain temporary heaters. We also experienced a roof leak that caused visible water damage and warping to the ceiling. We attempted to call several times with no answer, and on one occasion were directed via voicemail to an “out of hours” number, only to be told that the person answering no longer worked with the agency. In addition, the property suffered from persistent mould and damp, with walls flaking in multiple areas. These problems were reported but never permanently addressed. Contacting the agency was consistently difficult, phone numbers are not clearly available, calls frequently went unanswered, and when contact was made we were often met with irritation rather than support. In emergencies, being told to rely on email is simply not acceptable. Overall, we felt dismissed and unsupported while dealing with serious habitability issues. These issues were shared with the other tenants living in the building indicating these were not isolated events. This has been a very negative experience and we would not recommend RHW Estates to other tenants.

GoogleRHW has been a true partner in our search for a home in London. From day 1, Scott has been helpful and transparent in all discussions which we truly appreciate. The service has been very good where the team has collaborated with us to find resolutions whenever issues related to the house have come up. Recommend RHW to all.

GoogleThis was mine and my friends first time moving out of our parents house, the property we're in now is our fourth viewing so we've experienced numerous of agents/agencies. Meeting with Scott was a nice surprise with us because it felt we were getting a view of his property with the knowledge, experience and easy laid back attitude he had. No question we had was ever silly, he was helpful from the very start right up until we got our keys and still on hand for questions we have as first time renters. We're very happy with Scott and RHW overall. Thank you again, Stace and Amie

GoogleI have been renting in London for a long time now and have never come across an agent that tries their level best for things to work out in your favour. Scott was exceptionally professional, helpful and understanding in the whole process. He goes that extra mile to make sure you have settled after the move and makes sure everything is running smoothly. He is extremely patient and makes the whole renting process so much easier. Scott, Thank you so much once again :)

GoogleRHW is, without a doubt, the best estate agency I’ve encountered, and Scott has been exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the rental process. With his assistance, We’ve just moved into a lovely flat in a fantastic location at a fair price. The entire process went smoothly, and Scott was always available to help us with any issues that arose. I highly recommend RHW:)

GoogleIt was amazing working with Scott and the team. Very professional and was a pleasure having someone in the industry care about my property needs and not just seem me as a sale. …

GoogleWe found our flat through RHW and are very happy with it. I phoned up about the listing and had a viewing arranged only a couple of hours later. Scott was extremely helpful throughout the process of making an offer and sorting the paperwork; he was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. I can't recommend RHW highly enough.

GoogleMy flatmates and I found a flat through RHW Estate 1.5 years ago. Our experience has been great and we have continued to stay on in the flat. The team has always been helpful and responsive. Scott, in particular, has been very supportive at every stage of the process, not just when finding the flat but also beyond.

GoogleA bit of a belated review but we were very pleased with our experience with Scott at RHW. Back in October last year we were asked by our previous landlord to vacate their property after six years spent in our flat. It meant we had to find a new home right around Christmas at a time where the market was unusually tight, as people who were in our situation would probably agree, especially for a family of 5 with young children. After viewing many properties with no luck, we found Scott who was extremely useful in finding the perfect property for us. It was a bit pricier than we were initially planning to spend but that was a result of the market at the time and we couldn't otherwise have been happier with a property. The children love the large garden and already feel so much at home they probably have already forgotten about the old flat! A lot of thanks to Scott!

GoogleI highly recommend going with RHW Estates, Scott Schindler in particular is a wonderful agent. I moved from the US to London as a grad student a year ago and found the process of looking for a flat quite overwhelming. Luckily, we came across a lovely flat with RHW. Scott showed us the flat and was quick to respond to any queries we had; frankly throughout the whole moving process and our tenancy Scott was dependable, knowledgeable and genuine. Grateful we went with RHW Estates, it’s noticeable when an agency cares about its clients!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with RHW estates in finding a new place to rent. A reliable, friendly and attentive team. GoogleWe had an excellent experience with RHW estates. Our estate agent, Scott, was super friendly and approachable, providing consistent support throughout the rental process. He was extremely knowledgable about the building and the surrounding local area. As a young person, I don’t have much experience with renting in London, however Scott’s helpful and honest advice made the process a lot less intimidating. We were very happy with the service, thanks RHW and Scott for helping us find our new place.

GoogleHouse hunting can be stressful especially moving to a new city like London. Chanced upon RHW Estates as I was exploring the area. Met Scott for house viewing and we confirmed the house on the day itself as the house is beautiful! It’s a huge pleasure to meet a kind, professional and down-to-earth agent like Scott. Scott was always responsive, clear in his advice and supports us in the questions we have. The process of moving and documentation went smoothly with Scott’s support, and I was able to move in smoothly on the desired date. On the day of moving, Scott went the extra mile to support me in the moving as I was moving alone with huge luggages & bags - definitely not what most agents would do! During the first month of the move, we had teething issues faced in the house such as lightings and curtains, Scott came to our assistance with a technician within 1-2 days, to ensure that we could sleep well. This area (ie. Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage & West Hampstead) is beautiful, safe and convenient to Central London too. Would definitely recommend RHW Estates to others looking to find a home in London! :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleScott was a fantastic help in securing us an apartment in South Hampstead. We had a combination of UK and European tenants and Scott was able to help us sort through the extra hoops and barriers associated with this when he could have thought it all too hard and got somebody else into the property. A great agent I would recommend to anybody looking in this area!

GoogleScott was our agent. From start to finish he was helpful, personable and made the whole process so easy and straight forward. We had registered with many agents to find the rental property and so in comparison to the others, we found this one very good on service, attentiveness and ensuring that our needs were met. Thank you.
