GoogleI have dealt with Scott at RHW form many years. He is very professional, informed and highly efficient. Scott is always up to date on what's needed. Highly recommend.

GoogleExcellent service from RHW Estates, they successfully sorted me out with a brilliant deal even in the hectic London rental market. Scott was straight forward, down to earth and personable. Why not come and join the new Primrose Hill set?

GoogleMe and my roommate were assisted by Scott Shindler to find a place and we're now happily living in our new flat, in spite of some difficulties at the beginning regarding the moving in date. Nonetheless, things finally worked out okay and Scott has been very patient with us in resolving our doubts about the whole process of living at a new flat in London, since we both come for another countries, so we pretty much appreciate his goodwill towards us.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Scott when trying to find a rental after moving to London from Australia. We were looking at properties with a number of agencies at the time and found the service rhw estates provided far and above any of the others we interacted with. Scott was genuine, understanding, transparent, responsive and willing to help any way he could, which gave us great peace of mind and helped us navigate renting in a new place. He was even able to give us local coffee recommendations! We viewed the property on a Friday afternoon and were able to move in the following Tuesday which was amazing! Would absolutely recommend dealing with Scott and this agency!

GoogleFinding a new flat is always a painful experience, especially in London, but not with RHW. My wife and I recently moved and had nothing short of a phenomenal experience with Scott, who was honest and transparent throughout the whole process. We seriously couldn't have gotten luckier. If you are looking to move anytime soon, don't waste your time with any other agent, just head straight to RHW and ask for Scott. There is a reason RHW gets so many great reviews, both from Tenants and Landlords alike. My wife and I are love our new flat. Thank you Scott and RHW!

GoogleWe found our flat with RHW estate a year and half ago and it was a very smooth process. Scott and Justine have been super helpful throughout the time.

GoogleSpencer was very helpful - even though he was acting for the other side! Definitely not your usual estate agent - who are often pushy and aggressive in their sales tactics while making you feel you're taking up to much of their time in a 10 minute viewing. But with Spencer/RHW Estates everything was no trouble, and he was happy for me to spend as much time as I wanted viewing the flat as well as being very helpful when discussing the flat. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleScott is a very very professional agent. He is extremely nice and patient to help me cope with various problems. As a foreigner, it is so lucky to meet such a brilliant gentleman. Without his help, I don't know how to handle so many difficulties, such as gas and electric account registration, water registration, council tax registration. Salute to what Scott has done. I highly appreciate for his help and guidance. Again, many thanks to Mr Scott.

GoogleRHW Estates, and specifically Scott Shindler, was an amazing asset to me as I prepared to move to London from the US. My situation was unconventional, and Scott went above and beyond to ensure that when I arrived in London, all would go smoothly. Upon my arrival, I was equally impressed with Scott's attention to detail in ensuring that I had all of the information I would need to make my transition complete. I would recommend RHW Estates and Scott Shindler to anyone looking to rent in the NW6 area.

GoogleI could not be more pleased with RHW Estates. I saw the property on a Friday and knowing I wanted to move in as soon as possible, Scott helped me get the paperwork through efficiently so that I could move by the following Tuesday. The property itself is excellent and is managed by the team at RHW and Laura is excellent in dealing with any issues that have arisen promptly and is incredibly accommodating. I would definitely recommend RHW to anyone looking to move to London!

GoogleI've had a really great experience dealing with RHW Estates and Scott especially. I originally contacted them about a property, which wasn't available anymore unfortunately. But Scott showed me a new property that just became available, which he said was a very good flat, well above the usual properties available on the market. I was a bit apprehensive obviously, but I have to admit he was entirely right and honest about it: the property is superb and I haven't found anything of that quality during my flat hunting prospects till then. After that, Scott was always super helpful, keeping me up to date and helping me through the renting process. I have nothing but praise for his work. So I'd really recommend RHW, they are a small agency that really cares, with very appropriate rates and fees. It's refreshing given the horror stories you hear about estate agents in London.

GoogleWe have had the pleasure of using RHW Estates as tenants for a flat in South Hampstead. I can safely these are the best agents I have used in London. In a market tarnished by unscrupulous agents (of which we previously used plenty), we had the luck to come across RHW. Scott Shindler (Lettings Negotiator) is an absolute pleasure to do business with. He negotiated the lease quickly, provided us exactly with what we needed and, above all, has been friendly, honest and approachable at all times. Laura Bradshaw was a great Property Manager, attending to every single issue we have ever had quickly and professionally. We had to leave the property as the landlord needed possession, but if we could we could have stayed on with this agency as they made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. Many thanks and hopefully see you again soon!

GoogleRHW are the best letting agents I've worked with in London! Discreet and very helpful. I worked with Scott Schindler, who was very polite, helpful, and most of all flexible an discreet! He was very honest from the beginning, both about the property and the landlady, he provided all the necessary info and paperwork in the right timings and always with great integrity, friendliness and professionalism that only few agents show these days. One of the most important things - he was very discreet and patient with all our requests and circumstances, didn't push us at all and very flexible with timings and arrangements. Also, no hidden fees or anything like that, normal agent fees which we knew of from the beginning. I would definitely recommend RHW and Scott, great professionals, great property and a very smooth process - a first for me after so many years renting in London!

GoogleOur experience with RHW Estates started off great. Will at the agency handled the initial process really well, and we were very happy. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. During our tenancy, we dealt with a persistent leak and dampness and multiple things that lasted over a year and was never fixed. Despite reporting it multiple times, there was a massive lack of communication from RHW Estates about any efforts to address these issues, which was incredibly frustrating. At the end of our tenancy, we were suddenly informed on the last day that we were supposed to have the property professionally cleaned. This was news to us, adding unnecessary stress to our move-out process. And upon seeking advice from the property ombudsman, this is not a legal requirement for any Tennant. When we called to discuss our concerns, we spoke to the manager, Spencer. His response was shockingly unprofessional and aggressive. He called us "high maintenance" and said, "the quicker you guys are out, the better," all because we had complained about living with a leak for over a year . Spencer shouted at us, made us feel extremely uncomfortable to drop the keys in, and then hung up the phone. Throughout our tenancy, we always paid our rent on time and reported any issues with the flat promptly. Sadly, not all of these issues were addressed. The way Spencer spoke to us and handled our concerns was unacceptable and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend RHW Estates to anyone all due to Spencers. The way our tenancy issues were handled was terrible, and we plan to take this matter further.

GoogleScott at RHW estates was excellent! He remained patient and professional when complications arose with the flatmate moving out and really went above and beyond to help resolve everything. His genuine care made all the difference during what could have been a highly stressful situation. Would definitely recommend asking for Scott at RHW estates - reliable and supportive!

GoogleScott is very professional and easy to chat with. Scott is open to discuss any issue about the property before and during moving in with multiple channels (email, phone, or even Facetime, when we need to see some furniture) in a very efficient manner. It has been a great experience renting a property with RHW Estates and would like to really recommend this to anyone else!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleScott is such a wonderful, reliable and helpful person - I highly recommend both him/RHW Estates for professional help with rental experiences. Thanks to his guidance, my move-in process in London has always been smooth and organised!

GoogleI have been renting for decades and RHW are hands down the best agent I have ever experienced. They really are like no other agent because they are personal, flexible, kind, and considerate and UK tenants rarely experience any of these qualities. It's all how we are treated, and I would choose to rent and buy only from them in the future. The opposite experience to the large high street franchises I don't need to name!

GoogleIt was a total pleasure to work with Scott and the team at RHW recently. Scott truly went above and beyond to help me and my daughter find and secure the right flat for us. He was communicative, kind, prompt, and thoughtful, and I can't thank him enough! Never ever had service like this from an estate agent. Thank you.
