There were several things that needed to be sorted out before we could move in and everything was done well and on time. Thanks a lot for your help! It's the only estate agent I'd recommend and I've used many.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAfter an initial conversation with one agent who in detail, described their services regarding property management, I received a second call back a day later explaining they do not offer. such services. Though their website clearly outlines in detail this service they do provide. It seems afer giving my post code on the first call a subjective discriminatory decision was made to not offer such a service me.
I am so sorry that we couldn't assist you and apologise for any misunderstanding. Whilst we offer Management services, we explained that we do not offer Freehold/Building management services only letting management. We were just at the point of offering you an alternative company however you abruptly put the phone down on us! Please do come back to us if we can be of any other service.
