GoogleBeing new to renting in the UK, Will and Scott were really helpful and kind. From the first visit to the flat up to all the paperwork, they were very approachable and everything went really smooth. Nothing negative. Should I need to move again, they would be the first I would contact. Truly recommended.

GoogleWe could not recommend RHW more! We rented a lovely garden apartment in South Hampstead with RHW and all of the paperwork and relationship with Scott, our key contact person, was absolutely straight forward and positive during the 4 years that lasted the contract. Thanks Scott for always making our life easier!

GoogleAfter being encountered with Scott from RHW Estates - from arranging the first viewing to taking care of the move-in requests and addressing maintenance issues - I can say with all my heart this agency is truly outstanding. Among so many others in London - they truly care about the work they do. The professional, but also personable approach and easy way of communicating during the whole process is simply making it all easier. They even managed to replace an old washing machine (for a model with a dryer) prior to the move-in date. Even in these times with the demand for rental properties being so high - they manage to be people-oriented first. Thank you. And keep it up!

GoogleI had a great experience with RHW Estates. My friend and I had a fast approaching deadline to move and Scott Shindler managed to get us moved in on time. He made the process as easy as possible for us and was great at communicating whenever we had any queries. We are now happily moved into our new flat and are grateful to Scott and RHW Estates for their help!

GoogleNot only did Scott find my perfect home, he went over and above to get me in it and then once I was actually in showed true superiority of service by taking care of any issue raised swiftly and professionally. As you would expect Scott's attitude is matched by all the people in the office that I came across. Even the people that maintain the properties for them are exemplary in availability, attitude and capability. So rare to see excellence on all levels. Outstanding!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have nothing but praise for how RHW Estates (Scott in particular as our first point of contact) handled our tenancy every step of the way, from arranging the first viewing to taking care of our move-in requests and addressing any minor maintenance issues. We found them both super responsive and proactive, with a prompt, professional, but personable and reassuring way of communicating and navigating the whole process. Extremely reliable and a nice bunch of people, would recommend them in a heartbeat.

GoogleI had fears about finding a house in England. But after meeting Scott, looking for a house became fun. He was really kind and funny. He always treated me kindly and delicately as a foreigner. He explained all the documents and answered messages even on weekends. Scott seems like a really fun and really kind guy.
