GoogleWe are absolutely happy about our cooperation with Scott. High-experienced, patient, professional manager who help us in quick 2 weeks period find a new property, solve all organization process and keep us in absolute positive mood during all that time.
5/5
GoogleNothing negative to say - transactions are completed swiftly with very open, frequent communication. Fees are very reasonable, as a landlord my rental voids have both been less than 2 weeks and as a previous first time buyer of a property through RHW, the front to back experience was very transparent and stress free - they helped me along the way. I currently retain the services of RHW as the full manager of my rental property and to date the experience has been smooth and hassle free.

GoogleMy experience with RHW Estates has been pleasant so far. Scott, the letting agent, was straightforward during the whole moving in process. Additionally, all issues we have ever come across so far with our flat such as things needing repair etc, have been resolved very quickly. Hopefully, the moving out process will be as easy as the moving in process - I will be updating this review as soon as we move out of the flat we rented through RHW estates.

GoogleGood service because unfair service. Be careful with cheating negotiation skills trying to get extra money. While we took the flat without being cleaned and after improving some things by ourself, at the end of the tenancy the agency/landlord was still claiming money. We never saw the checkout reprot, the cleaning estimations/invoices, etc... . We recommend to check your rights in the deposit protection schema and ask for documents to prove the claims. One good thing was the speed at fixing things quick. Not too bad agency, but take care of your rights and do not accept any unnecessary deposit deductions.

Thank you so much for your positive review, we are delighted that could assist you and wish you all the luck for the future.

GoogleScott from RHW Estates helped us finding a new home. During our search, we came across many estate agents, but Scott from RHW was the most helpful one. For us, he was trustworthy, transparent and honest. Moreover, he responded to enquiries always promptly and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Overall, if I had to look for a home again, I would choose RHW Estates again and would also recommend this agency to friends and family.

GoogleRHW and Scott helped us find a beautiful, high quality house quickly and at the right price. They know Finchley road/South Hampstead area really well and were always there to provide assistance in case of an emergency. Had to move due to change in personal circumstances but if I come back to London in the future, will definitely go to them again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCannot recommend RHW enough! Scott especially was super helpful, very responsive, and extremely kind. The London renting market is very overwhelming and competitive, but he made the whole process so easy and straight forward. We are now in a place that we love thanks to RHW!

GoogleRHW, and Scott in particular, were friendly, super-efficient and went the extra mile to get the deal done and had me into a place in next to no time. All the legals and regulatory aspects were spot on, clear and upfront. And even though they aren't managing the property, their after-sales work ethic continued anyway, which has been greatly appreciated. Don't leave out RHW when looking for a place around NW6 and surrounds!
