RHW Estates London reviews

We needed to find a place to stay in a week, and once we viewed the property that RHW Estates had available, we pounced on it! The team kept us informed, step by step, through the tenancy application process to make the move seamless. In these times having such a hands on team and online system, just made our move easy. I would definitely recommend using them if you are looking for a place in the Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, Belsize Park & St Johns Wood area.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The experience of dealing with RHW is good. The process was smooth and Scott constantly follows up and gives updates. The main request that we were most concerned about the new flat was dealt with and we did not even have to constantly follow-up on it. The moment Scott said that he is on it, HE IS ON IT. I was surprised on how smooth the process was, knowing that it is in the middle of a pandemic and face to face meetings are not yet allowed. I would definitely recommend RHW estates to my friends who are also looking for rentals and properties.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

What luck we had! As a first time tenant in London, we were quite lost and Scott guided us. From the visit of the flat to the signing of the lease, he followed us through the whole process in a warm and caring way. Furthermore, now that we are settled in, we feel very reassured to have Scott as our first point of contact.

Ridiculously helpful since day 1; Scott sorted out everything for us, (kindly) chased when necessary and always stayed on top of our move-in. Even after picking up the keys when we had a couple problems with the flat he swiftly jumped in to sort them out within the same working day. All the while he was incredibly polite and pleasant to sort through this with! Best experience I've had with estate agencies, hands down.

Impeccable service from RHW Estates, making the usually hurried process of going from viewing to signing the lease a breeze. We met Scott, who helped us get to the contract, and who is both incredibly professional and friendly. He made sure that a fault with the bathroom, discovered early on, was fixed within a couple of days. Likewise, we received a very extensive inventory barely two days after moving in. He is always quick to respond to any query, and deeply cares about matching his service to the standard of the property. The flat itself is in top shape for a letting, entirely as advertised - any fault was duly accounted for in the inventory. Top notch experience overall, and highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My experience with RHW has been amazing for the last three years. Scott in particular has been excellent in all of our communciations and very helpful. When we first moved in we had some issues like the flat not being cleaned properly, but they responded immediately and had everything fixed for us. Since then, they have been nothing short of kind and helpful no matter what we needed. Would highly recommend their services!

I have been with RHW now for several years and I have been very impressed with how professional they are. I was with some bigger chain agents prior and had a not so good experience and the minute I switched to using them It’s been night and day. I feel they are always on my side and are always honest with me and on the ball with any problems. I couldn’t be happier with them. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Scott and the rest of the team at RHW helped us find a flat in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. We felt very well taken care of - good communication, useful advice and available when we needed them. No complaints at all and I would expect the same for anyone considering working with them.

Great Estate Agents offering a best-in-class service. Scott and Team operate with a 'Can Do' attitude, going above and beyond to make the process of renting a property as smooth and seamless as possible. Undoubtedly the best Estate Agents I have interacted with in London.

Scott at RHW estates is amazing. He is honest, efficient, consistent and a wonderful person. We rented a 3 bedroom flat from RHW estates and he has been wonderful from the time we signed the lease to present. If we have any issues with appliances he is always there on hand to make sure the problem is resolved. E.g our washing machine door was broken and he had the engineer in and had the washing machine fixed in a day. Really an absolute pleasure to work with him. Not your typical salesperson real estate guy you come across! He is truthful, helpful and a friendly person who is an asset to RHW estates.

After a really frustrating time interacting with some rude and uncooperative letting agents, we had a really pleasant experience of finding a property when it came to RHW. It is almost entirely due to Scott who was extremely professional and polite but also very direct and honest. The whole process was very efficient and Scott got all the hurdles moved in order to complete the agreement and it made the whole experience very pleasant. Would recommend RHW and Scott very highly.

A pleasure to deal with this company. So many sharks and rip-off merchants around in this industry, but RHW have been great with me at all stages. Scott Shindler has dealt with my contract from start to finish, been an absolute star, and gone above and beyond. Highly recommend and will seek them out again.

My room mate and I came across RHW when looking for a flat. Anyone who lives in London can understand the stress and frustration of finding a decent flat. RHW are not only helpful and kind, but are genuine and reliable. Scott in particular stuck with my room mate and I over the summer despite us not being in London and found us a wonderful flat. RHW have agents who genuinely want to help and believe in a trustworthy relationship with clients. We have lived in our flat for 2 months now and even after signing the contract, RHW and Scott and still extremely helpful in any issues or questions we have about the flat and making us as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this agency!

I have had the great opportunity of dealing with Scott from RHW Estates at 112 Finchley Road, London. Don't waste your time going to any other agency. Scott has made the process of finding a flat easy and has made the contractual process even easier. He was open to my suggestions, always answered my emails and phone calls, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was competent, and more than willing to workout any issues or concerns that I had. Even after moving into the flat he still remained in contact with me and was easy to get a hold of. I would definitely use RHW Estates in the future and would recommend everybody else to do so as well!

RHW and Scott helped us find a beautiful, high quality house quickly and at the right price. They know Finchley road/South Hampstead area really well and were always there to provide assistance in case of an emergency. Had to move due to change in personal circumstances but if I come back to London in the future, will definitely go to them again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

RHW has been the such a great agency that are always on top of everything, treating their clients as if they were their only ones. Any problem we faced and at any time was sorted immediately that waiting 2 days for my current agency to fix feels like they ages. Especially as we weren't the easiest tenants in terms of how many problems we unlucky faced (not our fault nor the agency) but have left feel really unhappy that not all agencies will be like RWH.

We had an excellent experience with RHW Estates, and we would definitely recommend their service when searching for a house in NW6 area. Our agent, Scott Shindler, was highly professional, reliable and helpful dealing with all the paper work and rental procedures quickly and efficiently, which made everything so easy and stress free from our side. We were also very impressed with Scott's consideration and attention to our questions and needs, alongside with all the information that he provided to us to complete our transition. Our rating to their service is 'Excellent', and we definitely would like to recommend them.
