GoogleI was greatly informed about the property I was looking at and was shown another that suited what I was looking for more. Sophie Lombardo was the person that helped me out with the properties and really listened to my queries when it came to the wants and needs for the place I was looking for.

GoogleExtremely Unprofessional, Avoid PropertyLoop We had a terrible experience renting through PropertyLoop, particularly with agent Rai Raihan. From the beginning, he was unhelpful and dismissive. The property was supposed to be professionally cleaned before we moved in, but it was left in an awful state. The previous tenants had only left two hours earlier, and the cleaners (who were just leaving as we arrived) had done a shockingly poor job. We ended up having to clean the flat ourselves. When we raised concerns and considered cancelling the contract, Rai responded with threats rather than support. Throughout the tenancy, we asked multiple times for a check-in report, which was never provided, because it didn’t exist. At check-out, they tried to create a false report claiming the property was in excellent condition at move-in, which was simply untrue. Now they’re holding £750 of our deposit for repainting a wall with minor scratches (which were there when we moved in), plus £200 for "light cleaning." The entire experience felt dishonest and exploitative. I strongly recommend avoiding PropertyLoop and Rai Raihan. Completely unprofessional and not to be trusted.
