GoogleI lived in the apartment for a year and it was HELL! The property that I lived in was on Cuba street. It was old, not freshly painted and had numerous scratches throughout. The property is managed by Khan Sira properties (specifically by Tanveer Isra). During my time there, the apartment didn't have water for a whole three months. I was unable to cook properly and had to shower and use the toilet at work. When I brought my concerns to the management team, they not only ignored me but refused to offer any kind of rent discount and threatened my credit score. When I moved out, they tried to withhold half of my deposit for supposedly two missing rolls of toilet paper and one toilet paper stand (which was never there to begin with!) and some minor scratches on the door which were already there (which were documented during the check-in process). BE AWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

GoogleA fantastic experience from start to finish. I have recently rented out my apartment in East London using Property Loop. The process was easy, with the company discussing a listing strategy with me first. Second a photographer was sent to my house at a agreed date/time. 24 hours later my advert was listed and with in 12 hours I had an offer I was more than happy with. Post-sales support (mainly me asking silly questions as I’m a new landlord) were answered promptly and the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly. The site has not many props listed and so must get very few renters or landlords going there. I can't find any proprtyloop properties on google which most people use so I'm not surprised i didn't get an interest. When I spoke to the propertyloop helpdesk they were very unhelpful and said I was unreasonable for saying only a few rentals were available. They say they are new but they have been going for about 3 or 4 years now and seem to have gone nowhere. Seems there's a big lack of interest in helping customers and so only a small number of properties on their (if their are genuine).The site sez - 50,000 tenants have trusted propertyloop in the last year - which is rubbish as they don't have enough properties to do that. Less than 50 properties on their site now and ofr ages so no way can they have 50000 renters.
