TrustpilotThe site has very few properties listed and not helpful
The site has not many props listed and so must get very few renters or landlords going there. I can't find any proprtyloop properties on google which most people use so I'm not surprised i didn't get an interest. When I spoke to the propertyloop helpdesk they were very unhelpful and said I was unreasonable for saying only a few rentals were available. They say they are new but they have been going for about 3 or 4 years now and seem to have gone nowhere. Seems there's a big lack of interest in helping customers and so only a small number of properties on their (if their are genuine).The site sez - 50,000 tenants have trusted propertyloop in the last year - which is rubbish as they don't have enough properties to do that. Less than 50 properties on their site now and ofr ages so no way can they have 50000 renters.

They are managing the process quite unsuccessfully. Because they constantly delay the communication between the tenant and the landlord, they are causing you continuous losses. The fees they charge are very high, and they act quite manipulatively and mislead you during the onboarding process. I would recommend staying away.

Do not believe the FAKE 5-star reviews, they are all written by the Agency themselves. It's very clear, because the moment I posted my honest bad review, straight after 3 five-star reviews were posted within a few minutes.
Worst estate agent I have ever come across, very unprofessional and unresponsive. They will take your deposit and then ignore you. Dishonest people and customer service is non-existent.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE LIKE I DID

GoogleWe are so beyond grateful for Sophie Lombardo's help and guidance throughout our whole flat hunting phase; our requirements made us as renters very unappealing to many landlords and we initially were met with lots and lots of rejections. Every other agent told us that we wouldn't find a flat that fit our requirements, but Ms.Lombardo respected our crazy requirements and tried her best to convince the landlord to accept our offer!
