GoogleOne of the most unprofessional agencies I have come across. I originally made an appointment to view a flat with them on Saturday through their online booking system. Luckily, I called them just before the viewing to confirm they were still coming, to which I heard from the agent that my booking was spontaneously moved to Wednesday (they did not notify me of that). It’s very good I called because I would have traveled all the way there for nothing. I then prepared to come in on Wednesday evening. I traveled to another side of London, left work earlier, just to get there in time. I informed the same agent that I had arrived to which they said that they had already left because someone put an offer on the flat and that was it. I could not believe the unprofessionalism of this agent. They did not inform me in advance that my appointment was canceled and would have not bothered to message me at all had I not told them I had arrived. The agent then started defending themselves, saying they had 70 people to message and there was no time left to message me. Why should that be my concern? If the person can’t handle their workload, then the job isn’t right for them. I have never come across an agent who would complain about the number of people they had to contact and/or wouldn’t show up for the viewing they scheduled themselves! Absolutely terrible service. Avoid at all cost.

GoogleThey will not return your deposit, shall not do any repair during tenancy and charge you for everything! I have rented with them for 2 years. They increased 800 pounds rent in 2 years! Rarely fulfilled any repairs needed. Unfortunately for me, cofounder of propertyloop is my landlord and exercises all unfair means to extract money. I handed over the flat in perfectly nice, professionally cleaned condition. The flat was empty during pandemic, needed a lot of repair after i moved in but they never did. I left the property with minimal wear and tear (bear in my, as the guy is a cofounder his own team does check in and check out reports in the most biased way). Finally to make the flat ready for the new tenant, they charged every amount on me (total nearly 2200 GBP) including new painting for new tenant (even checkout report says no painting damage done by me), reprofessional clearning (the cleaning work they needed after painting) and literally 900 pounds for handy man without any receipt or explanation. They charged me for every single repair work needed in past couple of years which they never addressed for me. The agent, Tanveer Ishrar (doesnt pick calls or answer back emails in weeks), has minimal understanding about UK system (i doubt he is based in the UK) or any repair expenses needed. They withhold my deposit under DPS for 1.5 months, stopped answering my emails and have pressured me to pay 2200 pounds. Totally unfair, unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour and scammer agency. If you need to use the platform to rent from other landlords, make sure the agent in UK based (never Tanveer Ishrar) and never rent from Khan Sira.
