GoogleAbsolutely shocking service from the team at PropertyLoop. When renting the property initially, they failed so badly that we actually ended up having to move in without a full tenancy being signed. We were also lied to about the efforts which had been made to resolve this by Bradley, which only emerged after he had pressured me to give my initial 5* review. I have been informed (after this review initially went live) that he is no longer a member of property loop. Now on a change of occupancy, the tenancy team has had a week to send out the tenancy and still not done this with the change over date being tomorrow. I have been repeatedly promised an urgent call back but this has not happened. I have also been blatantly lied to - after someone tried to transfer me to the tenancy team and the call dropped, the next person said they couldn’t transfer me. I have also had the phone hung up on me when they realised it was me calling - what do they expect, given the time urgency? Absolutely shocking service, and if this is not resolved in time a complaint with the regulator will be made. I recommend all landlords against PropertyLoop as if a tenant has had any dealings with them before then it is bound to put them off - even the landlady hasn’t had any success getting through in a timely manner! Update at 10PM night before changeover: After being told repeatedly by staff members that they couldn’t forward me on to management, someone who was WFH so had limited access thankfully gave me a direct dial mobile number to the office manager. He has been excellent in sorting this, including calling and exchanging messages up until 10PM at night on a Friday when it all got sorted. I cannot thank him enough for this and it would not be possible without him. He has also made it crystal clear that his team shall be fully utilising this as a learning opportunity - I hope this is effective. Whilst i don’t feel able to change my overall rating of the company as it shouldn’t have come to this, he has been outstanding, and I hope this review is used as an example of positive feedback in the next appraisal round. It is clear that property loop need many more people like him to institute a cultural change.

Switched from another agent after constant problems. PropertyLoop secured corporate tenants from Google for my flat and got me £250 more a month than I was previously earning! Transparent fees too, no surprises or long lists of extras. Love how I can manage everything easily through their portal. Only downside? Wish I’d found them sooner!

GoogleI rented an apartment through propertyloop in 2021. It was easy at the start but renting without viewing (and just looking at pictures and a virtual viewing) was a complete disaster. Issues with the apartment took forever to fix (some of this was obviously due to the Covid pandemic which is understandable, but not having a proper functioning shower for months wasnt great!) Definitelly a hit / miss depending on the landlord and how helpful they want to be. I found my experience to be extremely painful and it was very very difficult to communicate with the landlord.

GoogleMoved in February 5th after a wonderful 3 week holiday... Problem after Problem with no help at all from property loop or landlord... 1...The toilet never flashed 2... turn on cooker it tripped main fuse box and smoke come out the back of cooker asked for help but nothing... 3... 10 days ago around 5pm walked into kitchen water all over the floor ... discovered it was the main water supply and had to turn of water supply to flat asked property loop for help but nothing again apparently it isn't there problem it's the landlords... Matt my representativefrom property loop is trying to help but with no avail... I've now been without water for 10 days and no-one cares everybody is passing the buck from one person to another... all of the above is a environmental and Fire issue.... and illegal and a breach of their contract to me... no other of alternative accommodation or Nothing... Telegraph place property beware

GoogleI have had the worst experience with Property Loop. They let my property out to a tenant that only viewed the property via a virtual viewing. The tenant was not happy with the property and the state agent at Property Loop gave out my phone number for me to deal with the tenant even though I explicitly asked them not to. The tenant kept calling and harassing me until I had no choice but to agree to let them out of the tenancy. After the tenants left, it went completely quiet from Property Loop. They didn't apologise, they didn't attempt to find another tenant; they did NOTHING. In addition to this; they didn't make sure that my keys were returned before giving the tenant back their refund. One of the agents, Dipkia did try her best to retrieve my keys; but nobody else helped me. I called and emailed the director Tina Stenzel on many occasions and she's ignored every attempt for me to get in touch. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. If dropping the ball was a company it would be Property Loop.

GoogleIf I could give 10 stars I would! An outstanding service offered, they achieve the highest rental possible. Rique provided a swift, professional service listing my flat for me the same day I enquired and achieved the highest rent possible 2 weeks later. They cover the whole of London and have a very reasonable fee for the level of service provided. Highly recommend using!

Disappointingly, the agency has shown a lack of responsiveness to emails. Furthermore, during property viewings, the agents provided inaccurate information, seemingly fabricating details. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning and has led to a frustrating experience.
