One of the worst companies to have your flats rented from. They are family run business and no body is accounts for anything. The property manager just harasses you to get more money and pressurise tenants to agree to their terms

GoogleI recently had the please of viewing a property with ProperyLoop and the experience was outstanding. The agent Sophie, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She arranged the viewing at a time convenient for me and provided detailed information about the property and local area. Couldn’t recommend enough !

GoogleVery disappointing. I had a confirmed viewing, but the agent did not turn up and did not attempt to contact me. Despite this, I just received an email asking me how the viewing went and suggesting I pay a holding deposit.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible! Would not recommend. I made a booking with Julia to view a property, went all the way there with my partner, only for her not to show up!! Tried numerous times to contact her but it just rang and went to an answer machine, ridiculous! We're fuming!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Definitely won't be using property loop ever again.

GoogleI’m an experienced landlord and this is now the second time I’ve used Propertyloop for a property in central London. Both times, I feel I have received excellent value for money. As with everything, you have to judge a service in the context of how much you are paying, and on this basis, in central london especially, I can wholeheartedly recommend Propertyloop. With their low transparent all in prices, you really do get everything you need and don’t pay for what you don’t. Yes this is a newish company but I can honestly say that each of the three people I’ve dealt with (Matt, Liz and Julia) have been honest and hard working, and gone out of their way to help wherever they can. Dealing with them is great as you really feel like you’re dealing with the people rather than some big faceless corporate. We are first time landlords and used property loop as our tenant finding agency. We had been with another agency before we went with property loop, that only managed to organise 2 viewings in 4 weeks. Getting very frustrated, we decided to switch to property loop as it was recommended by a friend. This was the best decision we ever made. They found us an amazing tenant, after being on the market for only 9 hours! 3 days later the referencing was done and the tenancy agreement was drawn up. The process was lightning fast and unbelievably seamless. All throughout we had daily updates. Everyone we interact with are incredible and respond in less than half an hour!

GoogleTania helped me through the process of renting my flat. It was on the market unrented for weeks, and she promised to find me tenants in less time. She guided me through the process and was always available when I needed her.
