GoogleRegrettably, while the agency initially displays prompt responsiveness before signing the tenancy agreement and collecting the deposit, their communication significantly declines thereafter. Furthermore, during property viewings, the agents provided inaccurate information, seemingly fabricating details. This level of unprofessionalism is concerning and has led to a frustrating experience.

GoogleViewing arranged. Agent a no show. I called, texted and emailed them to no avail. They also had a non-UK number so I was charged quite heavily for the calls and texts. So disappointing ruined my day and wasted my money and time!!!

GoogleMarta from PropertyLoop was super helpful throughout the process of securing my flat. It is a tricky market and having just relocated to London from overseas, I had a lot of questions which she patiently answered. Overall she was very attentive and the entire process was extremely quick and smooth. Would recommend PropertyLoop, and Marta in particular!
