GoogleAs a family, we discussed moving properties, so we got in contact with Harry to help us find what we were looking for. He was very helpful and knew what he was talking about and listened to what we wanted. He spent time with us and said it is easy to find a property on looks, but it is the finer details that make a property your own. He gave us ideas inside the properties we looked at, opening rooms up and making changes, which in fairness I hadn't thought of.
We would definitely recommend Harry to any of our friends if they decide to move on.

GoogleI found them from Facebook. They promised me they will find very good professional tenants but instead they found me not working, not paying, damaged the property, who has mental health problems all council tenants. Contract was two years but I could take for 6 months most.

You give your money and keep chasing them after. after taking your money they will only waste your time after weeks after weeks, and in the end they will say they are detaining your holding deposit they had to put their time on it but you didn't put your time and money on it. Im putting a legal complaints on them very soon. I have tried to reach out to them enough time but no response.

Property Loop shouldn’t be operating in the estate agency market due to their unprofessional, incompetent and untrustworthy approach towards tenants or landlords.Please take your time reading all the lowest/ negative reviews. If I’d have done that, we wouldn’t have experienced 2 months of terrible distress.As advised by Ombudsman, I first tried to follow their complaints policy. The formal complaint below was raised on the 27.11.23 with customer relations. They never responded to my complaint up to this day.As mentioned on other reviews, forget about contacting them by telephone or email including management. A supposedly growth manager Tiago de Carvalho who sent us the deed of surrender ( we seeked legal advice) has never responded to our emails regarding not complying with the refund dates agreed.Attached some photos of how we found the house and complaint email on google reviews.After, a year Property Loop has the audacity to reply to a negative review? Check your complaint emails and you will find all the information.
