GoogleI started using PropertyLoop to rent out my apartment when they first started. The platform is very effective to use and they make things happen fast when it comes to getting new contracts signed. Even though I don't use their full management service, the PropertyLoop team is always ready to help when I need it. A big shout-out to Tiago, the growth manager. He was a huge help in sorting out a problem with a new renter's contract. His help made a big difference and I really appreciate it. All in all, I've had a great experience with PropertyLoop. The platform works well and the team, especially Tiago, is super helpful. I'd definitely recommend PropertyLoop to anyone who needs to rent out their properties.

GoogleI have moved few central London properties to Propertyloop in last 2 months, all of them rented out in less than a week time! Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful, highly recommend to anyone who has a property to rent out. You need to expect your involvement to the rental process is high but rmb they are commission free!

Property Loop (PL) advertised my fully furnished 3 bedroom town house in January 2024. I expressed an interest in Cooperate lettings. PL told me a company was interested. PL advised the company that I'd agreed to use the lounge as an additional bedroom and was happy for a rental period of 36 months... without consulting me.Since using PL services I've found the entire experience daunting and depressing. This was mainly based on their catalog of errors. In my experience I found the staff was deliberately misleading, incompetent and unprofessional. The lack of communication had also been extremely frustrating. The tenancy agreement, was amended on 5 separate occasions, because PL did not take into consideration my expressed wishes. PL insisted that I signed the document despite the fact my name was incorrectly spelt. PL said the corrections would be made after the document was signed. Although PL claim to charge 8% for letting fees + vat totaling 9.6% in fact the rate is much higher, which is very misleading. In conclusion PL's main goal is to achieve their commission. I believe that the company would benefit if the staff was offered training to also ensure that they are more and honest transparent with Landlords/Landladies.RegardsDiana Frater

Their sales team is strong, but management team is not worth paying a penny. Not reactive. Takes ages to take action even for urgent matters. Their network of contractors are way expensive than average and I suspect they have high margins. Despite paying for management, I decided to take things in hand and deal directly with tenants whenever there was an issue. When I had to replace the fridge, I could buy it myself 40% cheaper than their contractors quote. Moreover, if you ever use them, watch the finances. Their finance team is no better than the management team, and in my case, they made systematic mistakes in basic calculations. Overall very bad experience !!!

When every other business had closed down for the festive period, Brad continued to show people around my flat and ended up finding tenants who could move in straight away and at a great (sensible and competitive) rental rate. I had to withdraw from an offer, however, Julia was fantastic throughout my search process, offered clearly sincere counsel. Finally, she communicated my situation to the Landlord, allowing me to claim a full refund to my deposit. I was not expecting that level of tenant advocacy and sincerity!
