We had a significant increase in the number of viewings and the agent we dealt with was very proactive. It was not an easy property to sell in the current market (required considerable modernisation) but Portland worked tirelessly to make the sale.

Portland stood out from the others with a fresh perspective and a different strategy. Henry and Paul are both full of enthusiasm and a positive outlook, providing regular updates and working hard to achieve the sale in a slower housing market than recent times with wider problems in the economy generally. We then had to suffer the unusual experience of the buyer failing to complete the purchase on the original completion date and behaving in an inconsiderate and unprofessional manner.
