GoogleI simply could not have been happier with not only the professionalism and care from Portland Estate agents but the pure honestly throughout our whole process. Andrew showed us around our new beautiful home and we fell in love instantly - he allowed us to flutter from room to room for around 25 minutes after he’d shown us around and made us feel very comfortable to do so, answering any questions and not making us feel to rush or miss anything.
Straight after our viewing Andrew got the ball rolling and we put our offer in.
During the referencing and the rest of the moving process we had the lovely Rebecca looking after us. We could not have been happier with how she supported us through this move. She was so resurrecting and calming throughout what we all know as a stressful time, was able to make us laugh and come up with solutions when hitting any bumps. Rebecca communicated absolutely everything with us during the whole process so we never felt like we were in the dark or anxious about what was happening, as we found with our last move and estate agents.
I think Rebecca and the team were genuinely as happy as we were to move in to our new beautiful property and that just put the cherry on the top of our experience! Amazing team and people at Portland Estate agents and myself and Jes could not be more grateful for the help and support they offered.

I have to be honest, I have been very against dealing with agent managed properties because of bad experiences in the past but everyone we've dealt with here has been great. From the agents who showed us the flat to those who are managing the flat - it's been great. Dani has been our main point of contact and she's been extremely helpful in all matters, making sure we're comfortable as well as the landlord. We don't have the need to contact landlord and she's been dealing with our issues quite quickly. In the past, we've faced issues with agencies not caring after contracts are signed but I have not seen that here at all.
