GoogleTerrible service, seems like no one does their job properly there, especially when looking after the tenant. I've lived in London for a decade and this was by far the worse experience I had, would not recommend.

GoogleMolly (and Ed) really went the extra mile to get us installed in a fantastic home (rented) that we're very happy with. There were numerous glitches on the way (mostly not of their making) which they worked hard and cheerfully to overcome. Some problems with their own systems they might need to look into (how well information is shared around the various offices), but on the whole very positive. And in two months of searching the only places we saw that were really interesting were from Portico

GoogleThroughout my property search, I dealt with Simon and Jesse from the Islington office and Alex from the Kentish Town office. All 3 members of Portico were extremely helpful and personable, I have nothing but positive comments to say about them! They each took on board my requirements and instead of bombarding me with unsuitable properties they touched base when something suitable came onto the market and arranged viewings very quickly. Every property I viewed with Portico was exactly as it seemed in the brochure and demonstrates the high-quality properties they take on. On making an offer the team were extremely quick at turning this around and were very good at negotiating with landlords. I would not hesitate to return to Portico on my next property search and would like to thank Simon, Jesse and Alex again for their invaluable advice and commitment to helping me find my new home. She took into account our feedbacks and adapted her suggestions accordingly. We didn’t feel harassed like with other agencies and at the same time felt our search was handled efficiently. Also, Molly was very available and flexible regarding the viewing times. We would definitely recommend her service.

Meera was incredibly personable and easy to talk to, and made the entire process of flat hunting and moving relatively stress-free.
