GoogleI spoke with Fin at the Islington Portico office and he assisted me with my property search. I’ve struggled trying to find a suitable property in London due to the market craze, however Fin took the time to talk through the properties they had available and also explain the area to me. The insight really helped me and made me feel more comfortable in my search. I really do recommend the friendly and proactive services that they offer at this office, and in particular the outstanding work ethic and help from Fin.

GoogleWhat a sham of a company. under Outlook my property had been managed for over 10 years. As soon as this company took over the management was beyond terrible. Emails were not answered, deposits not taken from tenants. My properties wrecked and checkout reports made up that did not reflect the damage done to my properties. Still dealing with all the mess. Truly avoid this company for any property related business as left and right hand do not know what the hell they are doing.

GoogleThese 4 stars are completely for Meera at the Islington Office who was amazing and a credit to the agency. Our experience with Portico was more negative as the manager made bad situations worse by being patronising and unresponsive. However, Meera was always friendly, honest and responsive and made us feel looked after. It was also her genuineness and persona at the beginning, as well as Chris's, that made us want to trust Portico, so it's a shame the agency itself was not as supportive.
