Hello there to all prospective buyers and sellers in London. When I met with Ed from Portico he pitched me hard about the benefits of working with Portico and in a changing market he lived up to his word. Within roughly 8 weeks of marketing the property I had accepted an offer from a very good buyer. His colleague Charlotte was exceptional, punctual, and completed her tasks at a very high level for a professional only three years into the industry. I take my hat off to Ed and his team. I never felt Ed sold to me, preferably I regard Ed as someone who advises me regarding property and in the future I would 100% call Ed and ask his advice regarding property in London. He is a good man, someone I trust, and his team should be regarded as property advisors. David.

The service I received from the Portico letting agents was outstanding, the whole team was brilliant and especially Michael Chapman. Mike was of immense help in the early stages of letting the flat, from always being very responsive and professional, to helping out greatly with sorting out all the references. It was altogether a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend using Portico, and Mike is by far the best agent I have dealt with.

I can't speak more highly of Guy, and Portico Highbury in general for our house purchase. From our first house viewing through to our negotiations as well as keeping us informed of delays and accommodating our numerous visits (and even delivering our keys to another branch!) their service has been second to none.
