GoogleInstructions from Matthew at Portico on a very complex conveyancing matter. He was prompt at chasing and also updating the client on the progress. I would highly recommend Matthew and Portico if you are looking for an efficient estate agent and speedy sale and purchase.

GoogleThey never pick up the blinking phone! They've also not confirmed an appointment, which I was told they would do. Pretty poor service so far... (Update... evidently they are having the office rewired and agents are working from home, this is why the communication has been poor.)

Matthew and Charlotte listed my property on the market during the crazy time of lockdown and had secured me a sale with full asking price within 2 weeks. Nothing was ever too much for them when I was asking for a million things!!
