GoogleReally bad experience. I saw an ad for their flat in Kings Cross and reached out to them immediately. They said it was available, took my details and told me someone will get back to me asap. Waited for 2 days and called again, they told me to be patient. I waited for another 3 days and called them back, and suddenly they told me that the property is not available anymore. They also left me hanging saying they canβt help me because they are busy. Iβve been waiting for their response for over a week, only to hear that they canβt help me and that itβs taken. No one told me itβs taken as well, they just left me with no response until I had to chase them several times to ask them for updates. I couldnβt do much on my end as every time I called them, they told me to wait and that someone will get back to me. The guy who answered the phone, was not friendly and welcoming as well, he sounded like he couldnβt be bothered to help with my query and was just annoyed to answer my call. Really bad service, I do not recommend.
