GoogleAh, what a shame I'm having to edit my previous review, considering they sent me a Amazon gift voucher when I gave 5 stars 15 months ago. Yes, Portico were so wonderfully responsive, helpful and efficient in our relationship right up until the point where we signed the contract and moved in. Minor house issues took weeks and months to resolve and we must have dealt with a dozen different faceless employees. It is now over 3 months since our contract ended and we have not had our deposit returned, with no response to communications to the office on the matter. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. J

GoogleAbsolutely miserable company to do business with. If it weren't for the fact that I loved the property I was renting, I would never even CONSIDER giving these people my business. Was forced to pay huge processing fees for painfully slow service, resulting in me not being able to move into my property for several weeks and then being FORCED to pay a months rent in full anyways. No apologies for this, no compromise, just your standard soul-draining estate agents. If you're a renter, try and find a more respectable estate agent, if one so exists. If you're a homeowner looking for property management, you'll probably find much better organization and professionalism elsewhere.

GoogleHonest and helpful! These guys really bucked the trend when comes to London Estate Agents! My first conversation with Dmytro set the tone for what would be an easy and smooth process that saw me and my friend secure our ideal house in under 2 weeks. What is normally an arduous process, worked like a dream and now has me and my friend enjoying our new house with a glass of wine.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Runy, he's very hard working and always ready to help. He's clear when explaining and punctual in every little thing. He's also very well organised, he answers quickly to phone calls and texts and is a really kind thoughtful person, I found an amazing flat in the covent garden at an excellent price, he took care of most things; truly an amazing experience.

GoogleRuny (our agent) was really efficient during the process of agreeing our tenancy. We had great communication and he was happy to answer any of our questions. After collecting our keys we noticed a few maintenance issues that needed sorting and within minutes of sending an email to Jermaine, our property manager, we got a reply and our issues are being sorted. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThe company and specifically Louis helped us from start to finish with the offer and the contract for the tenancy and even after moving in, he tried to make sure we settled in and whether we had any complaints about it as a whole. Customer service 6/5, the flat itself had minor issues that we could not have noticed from the viewing, but those were solved quickly. :)
