The agents were always very polite, accommodated our requests, and made sure that we were comfortable with everything. The entire process ran quite smoothly. The agency fees aren't cheap, but I think that's standard for London.

GoogleDo not rent from Portico. Their fees are extortionate, and for that they provide abysmal service. I moved out of a property over a month ago - I've received no information at all about the return of my deposit, despite repeated emails and calls. Avoid this company.

GoogleA place where pay them a lot of money and get nothing done. Sure they are nice to you and answer all your questions before you sign the lease. After you start your lease, they reply very slow. I slept on a tilted bed for 2 months.
