GoogleWe had a very good experience with Portico when we recently found a house to rent in Clapham, thanks to them. Bianca who managed all the process has always been very kind, professional and reactive to our questions and details needed. I liked very much the easy and comfortable process of registering and signing all the documents and tenancy agreement electronically through their Portico channel. All was extremely well organised and fluent from the first visit until the key’s possession. We even had easily and quick contact with the rent managing team afterwards. Thanks again Bianca and all the team!

GoogleJust about to move into a 2 bed house, rented through Portico, and the helpfulness and patience of Emma and the team have been fantastic! Emails were replied to within hours, and all our concerns and questions were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner by Emma and Goda. When issues arose with the referencing process Emma kept in constant contact and kept us informed of all the updates, and the online signage of the contract made the whole process that much easier! Never before have I experienced an estate agents that actually appeared to care about me as a person rather than just my business. Hopefully through the course of the tenancy Portico will continue to live up to their wonderful first impression!

GoogleI've recently moved into a property in Clapham with thanks to Bianca Grudinschi for being our agent. We first encountered Bianca through another property which we were unsuccessful in renting, though disappointing she was great with us through that set-back and even more determined to help us find the right property for us, in some fairly pressing circumstances. After a couple of viewings Bianca was able to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the right one, we're really happy settling in so far! Moving house is always a bit of a nightmare, thanks for making it as pain-free as it could be.

GoogleJack was honestly amazing, friendly and professional. He was on it, always keeping us up to date, very organised, everything was dealt with in an excellent timely manner. Within the first week our flat was let out. Portico staff all gave us I must say the best experience dealing with estate agents and we have dealt with several different ones. We highly highly recommend portico Lettings, specially Jack, he’s a star. Thank you guys for making this so easy and giving us everything we asked for.

GoogleI have been with Portico, previously Edmund Cude for many years and have worked with Medleen for over 5 years. She has found me great tenants with no void periods and no issues. She has helped with any property relating issues professionally and promptly. I have recommended her to friends and they also feel the same. Ive worked with many letting agents over the years but Medleen and her team have been the best by far.

There were a few teething troubles with the block management initially, but the legal department at Portico got everything sorted. It's a great flat and I'm really enjoying being there. Everyone I've dealt with at Portico has been helpful and it's nice to have one point of contact if I have any issues going forward.
