I have owned a property which is rented out through Portico for approximately 16 years. There were many years where the property management side of things was absolutely dreadful and I ended up doing all the work myself and communicating directly with the tenant but for the last 4/5 years the amazing Ama has been there to sort absolutely everything out , She is efficient and always after the best price/option and chases things up if they are not happening immediately! She is so professional with both myself, the owner and with the tenant! We were thinking of moving to a different company but now thanks to Ama we won’t! Highly recommend this company for property management and rent negotiation.

What can I say about Ama Boatema! I could leave a review every week and it wouldn't do Ama justice! Having Ama looking after your property is like having additional security 24/7, she deals with every issue as if it is her own and her determination to get things resolved is unparalleled. As soon as something crops up, Ama is already 5 steps ahead and looking at the resolution. She is an asset to her company and a credit to herself, bad days are still good days and she always lights up the room! Everybody needs an Ama!!!

We've been involved with Portico (Battersea branch) for the past 4 years with regards to lettings, and just very recently the sales team. Medleen who coordinated the tenancy of our property was always accessible, professional, helpful and most importantly sympathetic to the needs of both the tenant and us, the landlord. The team took control of every management aspect and made it as stress-free as possible for us. The fact that we had a long standing tenancy agreement for pretty much the whole duration of the property's rental lifespan speaks for itself. If you want hassle-free letting management then Portico will undoubtedly deliver. It was this relationship that we'd built over the years with Portico (Battersea) that made choosing a sales agent an easy decision. Jack whom coordinates the sales dealt with the recent sale of our property with absolute dedication. He is extremely personable, accessible, supportive, hardworking and will generally turn what can be a relatively grueling process into a somewhat enjoyable experience. Jack was always contactable, quick to solve a problem and provide reassurance, if needed. We felt as though we were in safe hands throughout. We had a very good experience with Portico when we recently found a house to rent in Clapham, thanks to them. Bianca who managed all the process has always been very kind, professional and reactive to our questions and details needed. I liked very much the easy and comfortable process of registering and signing all the documents and tenancy agreement electronically through their Portico channel. All was extremely well organised and fluent from the first visit until the key’s possession. We even had easily and quick contact with the rent managing team afterwards. Just about to move into a 2 bed house, rented through Portico, and the helpfulness and patience of Emma and the team have been fantastic! Emails were replied to within hours, and all our concerns and questions were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner by Emma and Goda. When issues arose with the referencing process Emma kept in constant contact and kept us informed of all the updates, and the online signage of the contract made the whole process that much easier! Never before have I experienced an estate agents that actually appeared to care about me as a person rather than just my business. Hopefully through the course of the tenancy Portico will continue to live up to their wonderful first impression!

I've recently moved into a property in Clapham with thanks to Bianca Grudinschi for being our agent. We first encountered Bianca through another property which we were unsuccessful in renting, though disappointing she was great with us through that set-back and even more determined to help us find the right property for us, in some fairly pressing circumstances. After a couple of viewings Bianca was able to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the right one, we're really happy settling in so far! Moving house is always a bit of a nightmare, thanks for making it as pain-free as it could be.

I have been with Portico, previously Edmund Cude for many years and have worked with Medleen for over 5 years. She has found me great tenants with no void periods and no issues. She has helped with any property relating issues professionally and promptly. I have recommended her to friends and they also feel the same.
