GoogleVery poor service from start to finish as a tenant. Early on in the tenancy we had no direction on who to contact, the property manager was very hard to get a hold of and our emails were always bounced around from person to person There was numerous things wrong with our place that we were told to make note of on the portal which nothing was done about even after months of chasing. Landlord would have been happy to fix these changes but there was no communication with her from Portico. Upon leaving the property we were blamed for issues that we notified them about in the first place. Also took over a month to receive our deposit back after contacting them on multiple occasions for it and given the run around, again. I would certainly avoid as a tenant and I can't imagine being too pleased as a landlord with the serious lack of communication.

GoogleUnprofessional and discourteous. AVOID! I have trusted them with my brand newly done up flat and they turned it into their convenient little public bathroom stop. On 3 occasions in 1 month I find my bathroom in disgusting states, from not flushing to leaving skid marks for me to clean. Who knows what else they did in my flat. Flora Eshghizadeh and Andrew Murphy were the agents in this office who dealt with my property.
