My experience with Portico has been nothing but brilliant. They were always responsive to my needs as a landlord, were always very communicative and provided help with outside vendors and contractors efficiently and proactively. We were contacted by Salman Peerally when looking for a flat. After a brief chat describing what kind of home we are looking for, Salman showed us the perfect flat. From the very first showing, all way through the contract phase and key handover, Salman was lovely to work with. He is extremely polite, hardworking, professional and pays attention to every detail (for example I asked him to only call after 5pm and not on my partner's number, which he always did or asked him to double check certain details with the landlord). Everything just went really smoothly and was very uncomplicated, which judging from previous experience with other agencies, is not a given.

My friend and I met our agent Salman Peerally during a last-minute viewing of a wonderful 2-bedroom in Camden. He showed us around (with more information, explanation and enthusiasm than we had previously encountered with other agencies and agents) and taught us about many money-saving options, such as the NDO scheme. Without us asking, he set up another viewing for a great flat in an area (Hampstead) we hadn't previously been (and we loved it!). It was all wonderful -- and although both flats went to other applicants with better offers that the landlords preferred in the end -- Sal really put all of his energy into helping us. We would highly recommend him and the agency!

Excellent service! We waited a few weeks before the visits really started to be conclusive but after that, everything went super fast. Claudiu has been the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. It was the first time we were putting our home on the market and a lot of things could have gone wrong in the process, but we felt supported all along the way by Portico and everything went perfectly fine thanks to Claudiu and the team there.
