GoogleThroughout my property research, Meera at the Portico team supported me. Her level of professional attitude and sincere interest in helping me as a potential buyer was beyond any other agent I have ever experienced n London market. I would definitely work with Meera in a heart beat again. In a market, in which most of the agencies do not seem to care much about the interests of the buyers, I would definitely say Meera's service was incredibly positive and encouraging. I definitely recommend her and Portico. Thank you so much again!

GoogleAbsolutely despicable behaviour from this letting agent company. After two years of residency, leaving the flat in a much better condition than we were expected to tolerate, they took advantage of our deposit exceeding the value of £1000. I witnessed them instruct the repair man to cover up a rotting bath frame, which was causing maggots to infest our bathroom. Moreover, the unreasonable deductions from our deposit were not even acted on. Charged included replacing the electronic door bell system, which was fully functioning, and the responsibility of the landlords. Moreover, they refused to provide receipts for the services totalling the deposit deduction fee, which is illegal. I had neighbours who lived in the flat before and warned me that Portico had attempted to keep the entire of their deposit, and that it was only through support from Citizens Advice, that they were able to be refunded. As a person living with a mental disability, I wasn't as resilient in defending myself against an agency, and after disclosing this information to them, they proceeded to take advantage of my vulnerability, all during the cost of living crisis. In less you have money to loose, and are desperate enough to support and cold and inhumane company, DO NOT RENT FROM PORTICO!

GoogleWe were contacted by Salman Peerally when looking for a flat. After a brief chat describing what kind of home we are looking for, Salman showed us the perfect flat. From the very first showing, all way through the contract phase and key handover, Salman was lovely to work with. He is extremely polite, hardworking, professional and pays attention to every detail (for example I asked him to only call after 5pm and not on my partner's number, which he always did or asked him to double check certain details with the landlord). Everything just went really smoothly and was very uncomplicated, which judging from previous experience with other agencies, is not a given.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
