GooglePetty's acted for our seller so had no client obligations to us. However they treated us fairly and pragmatically. We had a very difficult completion process and pettys was very good about it through the whole thing. If we ever want to sell our house we will definitely use Petty's.
Like all estate agents we work for our sellers to ensure they receive a fantastic service every time, but equally we feel strongly about providing an outstanding experience for our buyers as they are just as important in the sales process! It's so lovely to hear you were happy with the service we provided and we hope to see you again if you need us.

GoogleHaving bought and sold several properties, I can truly say this outfit are the worst in all regards. Communication is terrible, and having had the funds in place and made an offer, we discovered the owner had not been informed. They force you to speak to their mortgage broker (even if you make clear you have your own in place) who is misinformed and provides poor advice. They have neither the best interest of the seller or the buyer in mind. Avoid selling through (or buying with if possible!) at all costs.

Very happy with this company, we have bought our first house with their help. Very straight forward, helpful, kept communication open throughout the whole process and as we were in a chain for a long time, they were getting back to us as fast as they could when we needed to raise an enquiry. At the end on the handover day Alain has driven to our place to give as a key and a bottle of Prosecco along with a card which we thought was sweet of them.

Firstly, Petty is a thoroughly professional company: efficient, very timely in all the communications, highly organized and extremely friendly. It is when things don't quite go to plan however (and how many house sales and purchases do go to plan?!), that their really quality comes through. They really fought our corner and, if it wasn't for them, the recent sale of our house would probably have fallen through. If they were sick of our numerous phone calls to them, they never showed it and always treated us as if we were their number one clients. You can't say fairer than that!

Pettyson are a lovely team of friendly people. A special shout out goes to Fay, for all her hard work, dedication, and always being a joy to chat to, and Elaine for keeping us on schedule in a tight timeframe, excellent efficiency and communication. I highly recommend the Pettyson & Prestwich team, they are a pleasure to deal with. In an industry with a bit of a bad reputation, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest.

GoogleAfter looking for a property across many different parts of London for 3 years, and coming into contact with approx 50 estate agents some of who didn't even bother to turn up to viewings or listen to what we wanted, then Petty Son & Prestwitch then came along. Petty Son stood out a mile from other agents across London and in the Wanstead area. They actually listened to us, spoke frankly about the local property market, and I genuinely felt they understood our position and had us in mind for all properties within our budget. Unlike other agents in the area there was no aggressive sales pitch for using Petty Son as middlemen for a mortgage etc. They used their time to focus on us and the seller. They always responded to our emails and phone calls promptly. I just wish we had found Petty Son earlier. The main people we dealt with across two of their offices were Fran, Elaine, Pam, and Fay. Thank you. My partner and I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your firm.
