We employed Pettys to sell our flat in Wanstead. We chose them because, despite there being loads of agents in the area, we knew they sell a lot of properties. Having now dealt with other agents with onward purchases we understand why. Pam and the team gave us an accurate valuation, coordinated an open day, communicated the multiple offers and kept in touch all the way through with solid advice. A special mention should go to Elaine, who progressed the sale; she was relentlessly efficient and I think us and our buyers were highly impressed. Fantastic experience

Pettys were amazing throughout the whole selling process. From the initial valuation to getting pictures taken and house viewing all through the sales progression process, nothing was too difficult for them. Excellent London Estate Agent

Firstly, Petty is a thoroughly professional company: efficient, very timely in all the communications, highly organized and extremely friendly. It is when things don't quite go to plan however (and how many house sales and purchases do go to plan?!), that their really quality comes through. They really fought our corner and, if it wasn't for them, the recent sale of our house would probably have fallen through. If they were sick of our numerous phone calls to them, they never showed it and always treated us as if we were their number one clients. You can't say fairer than that!

Excellent independent agent

I've sold twice through Pettys in the last 18 months, and can confidently say they are the best in the locale by some margin both in their knowledge and customer service. There may be glitzier competitors, but they just cannot compete on service and experience. The archetypal "attitude" so often encountered is completely lacking at Pettys = they strike the perfect balance in their approach between enthusiasm and over-kill. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else in this area - it's not by accident that they have so much of the market.

Brill, wouldn't use another agent in the area

Having experienced a 'challenging' house sale I would recommend PSP above all other agents to anyone in their catchment area. They were professional at all times. When things went wrong with the sale they were sympathetic as well as pro active in seeking solutions. We have previously engaged PSP with a rental property we had, as well as them finding us an urgent rental following a house fire, not easy when you have a german shepherd in tow! Each time PSP have offered a friendly professional service.

The sale itself was handled with great skill and well exceeded my expectations. At all times I was given advice which proved to be spot on.
