GooglePettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

Catherine Bransgrove is a lovely person, very professional and straightforward, with realistic expectations of how much our house might go for, and she set the tone for the excellent service we received from all the staff. The people who showed our property to prospective purchasers were reassuring and prompt. Once we found a buyer, even though we were in a huge chain, the completions team were tenacious and reliable, working well with our solicitor. All we had to do was be patient and everything was taken care of. If you want proper, old-fashioned, dependable and honest service from professionals who know the local area, you can do no better than Pettys.
