GoogleReally pleased with how helpful everyone has been here at Paul Simon. They've been flexible in timings and arranging viewings with me; but whats really appreciated is how responsive they are. As my current lettings agency, they're also really efficient and I really feel looked after. Completely over the moon with the standard of my new flat as well. Definitely 5 stars.

GoogleI will not trust this agency, had a very bad experience with them and find out that they lie to the client and then holds a money and don't proceed with any refund deposit, they promises one think and they saying a different story! Will not recommend to deal with them in my experience I find them very non-professional team....
Agent replied · 17 June 2024
You placed a reservation deposit to reserve a particular property, the prospective letting was agreed in principle with the landlord, and we thereafter commenced the referencing process. Unfortunately the landlord was not satisfied with the references we provided, and he became very concerned with your affordability and also the number of occupants who intended to take occupation with you. As a result the landlord did not want to proceed any further with your group. We were honest and upfront with you, kept you updated with the landlords feedback, and provided you with a FULL REFUND. Your review does not make sense and is not accurate or truthful. We wish you the very best finding another suitable property.
