GoogleI have found Paul Simons to be incredibly responsive and efficient, and very easy to deal with. The team have been accommodating when it came to my many questions. When I originally moved in, I was under a lot of time pressure, and Paul Simons managed to turn everything around quickly. They put an extra lock on my door when requested and have been inobtrusive as lettings agents. I'm now going through the process of leaving the flat, and again they have been responsive and fair. The only negative is the added fees - check-in, check-out etc, but I've dealt with far worse during my last 7 years in London!

GoogleFailed to properly repair a faulty boiler for 5 months. Had no warm water / substantial heating throughout the entirety of the winter period.
Never replaced my house key which they took on the second day to get repaired, has been mentioned on multiple issues.
Distances themselves from any liability, but more than eager to pursue you for yours.
Any form of paperwork in any measure on their part incurs a charge, first time in 8 years of tenancy I have been charged for "checking out" of a property.
Rude staff.
Their homes are nice but in all fairness this is down to the landlord and not the agent that he chooses to represent him.

In some cases certain landlords have cover in place for appliances which means the agency is at the mercy of such contractors. GoogleI have let 4 properties through Paul Simon for 4 years. They inspect the properties every 6 months and send over photo's and a report. They get quotes on all repairs and all seem fair. The properties were given to Paul Simon in very good condition and they have maintained these conditions, Previously we used F******s who were an absolute disaster from all sides.
Any problems from the tenants are dealt with promptly and likewise by ourselves.

We are disappointed to read your review, the property in question was converted from commercial to residential and it is quite normal at the beginning to have delay in the registration of utilities. The landlord tried his best to pacify you however you decided not to proceed with the letting. we fully refunded you and the property was relet, and all utilities now registered.
We were also contacted by the authorities about your complaint, and they too agreed that we had handled your application correctly and fairly. We hope that you do not cause your new agent/landlord as much trouble as you did when you came to us.
