Mario and the team are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Professional and excellent communication with constant updates. They work really hard to support sellers and buyers, which can be stressful , yet this is done seamlessly and in doing so make the process so much easier. They are fantastic estate agents and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. I’m so glad to have them dealing with the sale. An absolutely top notch service - I cannot fault them. Discriminatory practise, beware. Trying to find a place for our grandmother and was today informed by an agent here that they would flat-out refuse to accept someone on a pension. Because the landlord wants someone working full-time and is thus stable. I repeated that our grandmother is retired, affordability is not an issue and you don't get any more stable an income than a pension. The agent did not seem to care or has some sort of prejudice, I felt they were very rude. Didn't even ask questions, just made an assumption that our grandmother could not afford the place. Very wrong and surely illegal to discriminate, and frankly unprofessional. Edit: and then try to gaslight me with the irrelevant comments below.

Absolutely would not recommend letting with them. No idea what the landlord experience is like (probably great as my landlord seemed to only have to do the bare minimum), but as a tenant, as soon as you pay the deposit it's as if they completely stop caring about you. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to my emails, even when I had serious issues with the flat. On the flip side, they expect you to reply ASAP to any little thing they send you. In the end, it took ages for me to get my deposit back (because they repeatedly ignored my emails) despite the fact that I'd left the property in incredible condition in comparison to the way it was when I moved in. Also, I found it bizarre that after I moved out and into my new flat (let with a completely different agency), I received multiple calls from their agents asking ME where the electricity meter for the property was located. (???) Update: Their response (3 years after my initial review!) is actually hilarious. I left the flat spotless, provided the utility documents in a timely manner, and still had to chase them repeatedly for my deposit. This was also the same avoidant behaviour I got from them when there was a bathroom leak into the flat below which was never fixed over the entire year I lived there. Anyhow, I'm sure any prospective tenants reading this will know what sounds credible here.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I went to Paul Simon with the hope of an agent to listen to what I needed and just push. Lee is professional and made sure he listened to what I needed. I would recommended Lee for renting out properties. They actually ticked all the boxes and more. Many agents promise but dont deliver. But Paul Simon do deliver no sales talk that is not realistic. They took pride in renting out our property and will be honest in what they think. I know we made the best choice. Thank you.

I would highly recommend using Paul Simon’s when searching for a home. When searching for an apartment to rent, Lee was quick to respond to queries and booking a viewing. When we loved the apartment and put a holding deposit on it, Lee went above and beyond in getting the necessary paperwork sorted and assisting us to move into our new home before we commenced our new jobs.
