Stephen and the whole sales team at Olivers Town were extremely supportive to me during the sale of my flat. I was still shielding at a time when thoughts of Covid had become a thing of the past. They took great care to make the viewings safe for me, and to schedule them at times that fitted around my working from home. The whole process could have been deeply stressful, but instead felt totally possible. GoogleVery frustrating experience with Olivers Town when trying to buy a house they were listing. Once our offer was accepted, it took over a week for the listing to be removed (despite us constantly chasing). We were then left in the dark on the progress of the sale before eventually one month in we were informed the sellers were pulling out (with minimal explanation from the agent).
Overall, their communication was unresponsive and their assurances were never kept. Personally will avoid them in the future.
