GoogleVery frustrating experience with Olivers Town when trying to buy a house they were listing. Once our offer was accepted, it took over a week for the listing to be removed (despite us constantly chasing). We were then left in the dark on the progress of the sale before eventually one month in we were informed the sellers were pulling out (with minimal explanation from the agent). Overall, their communication was unresponsive and their assurances were never kept. Personally will avoid them in the future.

GoogleMy experience renting through Olivers Town has been so peaceful - Gopika especially has been brilliant. After viewing and applying for the property, Gopika worked hard to push my case to the landlord with a personal recommendation as there were multiple applicants, which ended up securing me the property. She didn't need to do this (I've been with many estate agents who haven't) - which just goes to show how much she cares about helping people get their homes. She's also been incredibly efficient with communication, responding to ad hoc messages in a matter of minutes - so I've really had quite an unexpectedly relaxed time! Would highly recommend Olivers Town! 👌

GooglePersonable Charlie Alvarez and his cool-headed boss Stephen Codner did an excellent job marketing our flat in West Hampstead and shepherding it through various nerve-racking hiccups and negotiations to the eventual exchange and completion in the current tricky market. From when we met the Oliver's Town team I was struck by their professionalism and knowledge of some the more arcane hassles and market foibles that can waylay sellers. Their expertise was evident through to the satisfactory climax of the deal. Bravo Charlie and all his colleagues.

GoogleMe and my flatmates have been under Oliver's town for 2.5 yrs now and I can say that the management is really efficient. They are very welcoming to enquiries and are responsive to our concerns. I was accidentally directed one time to Oliver (the owner) when I was supposed to call the property management. Fortunately for us, he was very responsive to my concern and was able to get the job done in just a day. I really appreciate how he immediately took action and also cared to follow up as to what the progress is. The entire team are absolutely organized and we feel well taken cared for the past couple of years. 😊

GoogleAwful property management company. They don’t resolve your problems they are just pretending to care and ask billions of questions until you are too tired to reply. They ask you to fix your problem yourself and for example they suggested us to remove the mould ourselves even though we are constantly telling them that we tried and we couldn’t get rid of it so we are asking for professional help. I didn’t heard any of these behaviour out other property management companies so I would definitely not recommend this one.
