GoogleWe were struggling to get a flat with our very specific requirements and Mina was out agent who seemed to us to be on time, responding to our emails in minutes and also being friendly and funny at the same times. Felt like we've been recommended by someone but no, she took as we knew esch other from a long time. We didn't like the first flat but she did the extra mile to not giving up and came up with literally our dream flat at the same time! Everything already sorted just waiting to move in! GoogleOliversTown have changed my perception on real estate agencies and I hope I continue to rent with them for the foreseeable future. I’ve always heard bad things about dealing with agencies and was reluctant to give it a go as I was moving to London from Edinburgh through virtual viewings. However, the entire process from before moving in and even after, has been superb with OliversTown, and in a flat that’s in a perfect location. Despite moving during the pandemic, Viktoria handled the move and handover professionally; it was stress-free and smooth. After arriving, I found that the room was unfurnished as the previous tenants decided to take their furniture. I thought that it would be a hassle, however, Oliver himself got involved and made sure that I got to make my new room feel like home, by involving me in the furnishing process. GoogleMe and my wife went through Rodney in order to rent a flat and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was excellent at streamlining the process for us from booking the viewing very quickly to securing our offer and handling all the relevant paperwork as well. We were quite anxious because we needed to rent a flat immediately and most flats weren't available until 2 months later but Rodney managed to get us something that we liked and helped us close the deal as soon as possible!

GoogleWe found Oliver's to be very professional. The website displayed very good images of the flat and they were very prompt in replying to our enquiries. The staff are attentive and very friendly. After finding our flat, all the paper work was very straight forward and within a week we had the keys to the new flat. Any enquiries or questions that we had were followed up and responded to quickly. We would recommend Oliver's for anyone looking for new property.

The entire team were extremely transparent and our references were completed in a very efficient and prompt manner. My flatmates and I were extremely cautious before entering the transaction due to a dreadful experience with another lettings agency so it was reassuring that Oliver's saw to our every need. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone looking to rent a property in the areas they cover

GoogleI bought the lovely one-bed flat from this company when it was simply called Oliver's in 1999, and found their service as good then, as it has proved to be 22 years later, when it came to finally selling the place. Both Stephen Codner and Oliver himself were attentive and professional every step of the way, despite an unfortunate setback with a buyer who pulled out after months of delay.
