Stephen and the rest of the team at Oliver's Town were excellent! My house sale was handled with professionalism, vigour and good humour. We were kept well informed at every stage and we really trusted that Oliver's had things under control and were on top of all the detail regarding the sale. They stand in stark contrast to some of the other estate agents out there, who made big promises and failed to deliver. Their acuity and knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. Oliver's Town value customer service above all and work tirelessly on your behalf. If you're selling or buying or renting, I'd make them your first port of call. I just want to say a massive thanks to Stephen, Charlie and Saranya in particular for their hard work!

The team at Oliver's Town handled the sale of our flat exceptionally. Their customer service was fantastic from start to finish and they always had our best interests at heart. They kept us updated and informed throughout the process and were quick to problem solve when we came across some stumbling blocks! Alongside their professionalism and knowledge, they were always thoughtful and took a great deal of stress out of the selling process. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. A particular thanks to Stephen and Nikita for going the extra mile for us - from the moment they viewed our flat to the moment we completed the sale, they have been a real pleasure to work with.

My experience with Oliver’s Town for renting was amazing. I usually find the renting experience in London to be incredibly stressful and frustrating, but that was not the case through this agency. My partner and I were looking for a 2 br flat close to our work and we found a listing through them. The process from setting up a viewing to move in day was a breeze. Rodney helped us through each step and got the process done quickly and stress free, he was also incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our many questions. Next time we are looking for a flat we will definitely be working with Oliver’s Town again can’t recommend them enough!

Mina at Olivers Town Estate Agents was absolutely wonderful in finding my partner and I the perfect flat to rent! We have over the past 15 years used Oliver's to rent our flat in Kentish Town, Oliver's have supplied excellent tenants, staff are helpful, courteous, prompt on return calls, professional in every part of the service they offer.. They also sold this flat recently... Steven was always available for any queries, a huge help throughout the selling process.. They went above and beyond any estate agents we have had dealings with.. Oliver the owner, was instrumental in liaising with solicitors on our behalf, plus a constant help in the early part of the sale. ... We cannot recommend them enough, personal service is rarely available these days but Oliver's still offer that because they are a small family run business which take a great deal of pride in doing an excellent job for there clients.. Upon finding a house to rent in London, Rodney McQuillan-Keane at Olivers Town was incredibly helpful and helped make finding a house a stress free experience. We were given excellent honest descriptions of the surrounding area and the flat we were looking at itself. Rodney was also fantastic when it came to answering phone calls and queries about the property, as he would get back to us almost straight away. A worse agency simply cannot exist

A worse agency simply cannot exist. These people left me homeless and stranded on what was to be my move-in day as had been let-agreed more than a month earlier & meticulously planned for. Instead of owning up to any of their incomprehensible mistakes they told me the owners were the issue, and told the owners I was the issue, pitting us against each other in a way that baffled and caused enormous stress for both parties. They also attempted extortion, demanding I pay more than was agreed in order to get my keys (in hopes of hiding their mistakes from the owners ie their clients). I had to physically find & contact the owners myself - while having nowhere to live/stay - who were horrified to find out the truth and stepped in immediately to facilitate me moving in to their property. Upon doing so I quickly discovered that - on top of everything else already endured -the agents had blatantly lied about the features of the property in writing, in their listing, and verbally in person - claiming the property had triple glazing throughout making it particularly quiet (knowing I required this for my job and otherwise was a dealbreaker). Turned out there was single glazing - which they knew but lied about - and it was entirely unsuitable for me/my work to be able to live there at all. So after weeks of the pure hell of being left stranded on what was to be my original move in day, finally getting that resolved and the cost and stress of moving in, I had to immediately find somewhere else to live and move out yet again. All of this cost me literally thousands and thousands of pounds, on top of more than a month of not being able to properly work (self-employed via a home studio) due to the displacement they caused, and unimaginable stress, chaos and damages. The agents were obviously sacked by the owners, and still have never owned up to any of their entirely incomprehensible, incompetent (and unlawful) behaviour, and they have completely ignored our requests for reimbursement & appropriate compensation. Cannot caution enough to avoid at all costs. (Based on looking thru their reviews I expect their response here to be they have no record of me even existing and no idea what I'm talking about, as gaslighting anyone who honestly reports their horrendous experience seems to be their MO. But to - you know - 'give them a call'. Just appalling).

Working with Mina and Oliver's Town has been absolutely great. My husband and I were very impressed with Mina, the inventory she showed us, and the whole process. We're both quite used to pushy, univiting experiences when looking for a flat, but Mina was the opposite of this. She was supportive, inciteful, and heard us out through the process. When you can't report a repair for fear of eviction

I have read some of these reviews and there's quite a pattern and it is alarming.Not happy at all with the arrogance and aggressive belligerence of the property managers who my daughter and her friends were forced to deal with. My daughter is currently one of several female renters who feel intimidated and held over a barrel by Oliver Town. They have reported problems from day one, tried patiently to raise repairs, got ignored then when complained got told they were lucky to have the place.

We rented for several years with Olivers. They very poor and we've rented in London for years. Wouldn't ever use them again. They promote Kentish Town as a haven for professionals. It's not. Ask the locals.They really dont care about tenants. We had so many of the same problems others mention here because there is no action to do repairs,even serious ones and we had to wait a long time for things that caused us a lot of inconvenience. In the end we had to pay for a locksmith because we didn't have a front door lock that actually worked and they didn't act because said it was us that had damaged. They said they'd charge us for most repairs in fact. Which should have been done by a even a mediocre landlord.

I used Olivers Town to rent a property in the area. I found them (especially Rodney) to be helpful for information and they were able to produce a tenant for the property quickly. We did not use their tenant in the end as their offer came slightly after another offer which had already been accepted, however I will not hesitate to use Olivers Town in future and recommend them if you are looking for tenants in the area.
